【摘要】：隨著全球信息產(chǎn)業(yè)專業(yè)化的不斷推進，信息服務(wù)業(yè)取得了飛速發(fā)展，在社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中的作用日益凸顯。中小企業(yè)是信息服務(wù)業(yè)的主要力量，有著巨大的發(fā)展?jié)摿�，在推動我國信息服�?wù)現(xiàn)代化的進程中起著重要作用。因此，實現(xiàn)對信息服務(wù)業(yè)中小企業(yè)競爭力的有效評價，發(fā)掘其競爭優(yōu)勢，進而提升企業(yè)整體管理水平，對實現(xiàn)信息服務(wù)業(yè)的飛速發(fā)展至關(guān)重要。 本文在對相關(guān)文獻進行綜合分析的基礎(chǔ)上，對信息服務(wù)業(yè)中小企業(yè)的概念加以界定。并結(jié)合企業(yè)競爭力發(fā)展的相關(guān)理論和信息服務(wù)業(yè)中小企業(yè)的重要影響因素，遵循科學的構(gòu)建原則，，從外部影響力、企業(yè)規(guī)模、科技創(chuàng)新能力、企業(yè)經(jīng)營能力、企業(yè)發(fā)展能力、內(nèi)部管理能力六方面構(gòu)建了信息服務(wù)業(yè)中小企業(yè)競爭力評價指標體系。 本文在對現(xiàn)代企業(yè)競爭力評價方法進行比較分析的基礎(chǔ)上，采用層次分析法（AHP）和BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)相結(jié)合的評價方法。首先運用AHP對重要性指標進行篩選，使指標體系更加精煉。然后設(shè)計BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型。并對模型進行實例分析，用篩選后的樣本數(shù)據(jù)訓練BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)，再用測試樣本驗證網(wǎng)絡(luò)的性能。仿真結(jié)果表明，該方法簡化了系統(tǒng)決策難度，提高了評價效率，且具有較好的容錯性。兩種方法的結(jié)合可以優(yōu)勢互補，達到更好的評價效果。 對信息服務(wù)業(yè)的中小企業(yè)競爭力進行評價研究，可以為企業(yè)的管理者提供行之有效的評價工具，為中小企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略提升和快速成長提供依據(jù)，為該領(lǐng)域評價理論的實踐提供創(chuàng)新。本文的主要貢獻在于構(gòu)建了一套信息服務(wù)業(yè)中小企業(yè)評價指標體系，并采用綜合評價——AHP和BP網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)合的方法進行合理有效的評價，旨在推動企業(yè)競爭力評價研究的發(fā)展和信息服務(wù)業(yè)中小企業(yè)的能力提升。
[Abstract]:With the continuous advancement of the specialization of the global information industry, the information service industry has made rapid development and played an increasingly important role in the social and economic development. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are the main force of the information service industry and have great potential for development. It plays an important role in promoting the modernization of information service in our country. Therefore, to realize the effective evaluation of the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises in the information service industry, to explore its competitive advantages, and then to improve the overall management level of the enterprises. It is very important to realize the rapid development of information service industry. Based on the comprehensive analysis of relevant literature, this paper defines the concept of small and medium-sized enterprises in information service industry, and combines the relevant theories of the development of enterprise competitiveness and the important influencing factors of small and medium-sized enterprises in information service industry. Following the principles of scientific construction, this paper constructs the evaluation index system of the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises in information service industry from six aspects: external influence, enterprise scale, scientific and technological innovation ability, enterprise management ability, enterprise development ability and internal management ability. Based on the comparative analysis of modern enterprise competitiveness evaluation methods, this paper adopts the method of combining AHP and BP neural network. Firstly, AHP is used to screen the importance index. Then the BP neural network model is designed, and the model is analyzed by an example. The BP neural network is trained with the selected sample data, and the performance of the network is verified with the test samples. The simulation results show that, This method simplifies the difficulty of system decision, improves the efficiency of evaluation, and has better fault tolerance. The combination of the two methods can complement each other and achieve a better evaluation effect. The evaluation and research on the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises in information service industry can provide an effective evaluation tool for the managers of enterprises, and provide the basis for the strategic promotion and rapid growth of small and medium-sized enterprises. The main contribution of this paper is to construct a set of evaluation index system for small and medium-sized enterprises in information service industry, and adopt the method of comprehensive evaluation, AHP and BP network to carry on reasonable and effective evaluation, the main contribution of this paper is to construct a set of evaluation index system for small and medium-sized enterprises in information service industry. The purpose of this paper is to promote the development of enterprise competitiveness evaluation and the ability of small and medium-sized enterprises in information service industry.
