【摘要】：現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)是工業(yè)和農(nóng)業(yè)高度發(fā)展的產(chǎn)物,依托現(xiàn)代新技術(shù)、新服務(wù)方式而進(jìn)行的創(chuàng)造需求、引導(dǎo)消費,提供高附加值、高層次、知識性的生產(chǎn)性與生活性服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)。它包括信息傳輸、計算機服務(wù)和軟件業(yè)、金融業(yè)、房地產(chǎn)業(yè)、科技服務(wù)、文教衛(wèi)生等行業(yè)。現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展,促進(jìn)了產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)向“三二一”優(yōu)化升級,加快轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)增長方式,并通過產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)效應(yīng),提高整個地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)的競爭力。因此,現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展是加快城市化進(jìn)程、構(gòu)建和諧社會、加快國際化進(jìn)程的重要戰(zhàn)略舉措。 濟(jì)南市要實現(xiàn)科學(xué)發(fā)展,必須下大決心推動產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化升級。服務(wù)業(yè)是現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要特征,是產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化升級、轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式的主要方向。濟(jì)南市處于工業(yè)化的中后期,在大力發(fā)展先進(jìn)制造業(yè)的同時,需要服務(wù)業(yè)及相關(guān)現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的配套支持,降低經(jīng)濟(jì)運行成本,發(fā)揮較強的外溢效應(yīng),提高產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力。因此,發(fā)展現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)對于提升濟(jì)南市區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力和區(qū)域整體競爭力有著重要意義。 論文分為六個部分。第一章,闡述了論文選題的目的和意義,綜合整理了國內(nèi)外相關(guān)的研究成果,列舉出論文采用的研究方法,并在對文章研究內(nèi)容進(jìn)行概括的基礎(chǔ)上提出論文的創(chuàng)新之處。第二章,綜述了現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的相關(guān)理論,概述了現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的內(nèi)涵和特點,并構(gòu)建了現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)統(tǒng)計分類體系。第三章,分析評價了濟(jì)南市現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,首先從現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)總量、就業(yè)、勞動生產(chǎn)率三個方面進(jìn)行總體分析,然后又從現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)法人單位從業(yè)人員分布、現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)各行業(yè)增加值變動情況兩個方面就內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)做了具體分析,得出濟(jì)南市現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展較快,日漸成為全市主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)的結(jié)論；最后以全國十五個副省級城市為例,采取若干個現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)相關(guān)指標(biāo),基于所構(gòu)建的現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展評價指標(biāo)體系,對濟(jì)南市現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)進(jìn)行了實證分析,得出了濟(jì)南市現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)整體競爭力較低的結(jié)論。第四章,利用SWOT分析法對濟(jì)南市現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機遇和挑戰(zhàn)進(jìn)行了分析。第五章,提出了濟(jì)南市發(fā)展現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的對策建議。第六章為全文總結(jié),并提出研究中不足之處和展望。
[Abstract]:Modern service industry is the product of the high development of industry and agriculture, relying on modern new technology, new service mode to create demand, guide consumption, provide high value-added, high-level. It includes information transmission, computer service and software industry, financial industry, real estate industry, science and technology service industry, culture, education and health industry, and the development of modern service industry. Promote the industrial structure to "321" optimization and upgrading, accelerate the transformation of economic growth, and through the industrial correlation effect, improve the competitiveness of the entire region economy. The development of modern service industry is an important strategic measure to speed up the process of urbanization, build a harmonious society and speed up the process of internationalization. In order to achieve scientific development, Jinan must make a great decision to promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure. Service industry is an important feature of modern economy, and it is the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure. Changing the main direction of economic development. Jinan is in the middle and late stage of industrialization, while vigorously developing advanced manufacturing industry, it needs the support of service industry and related modern service industry to reduce the cost of economic operation. Therefore, the development of modern service industry plays an important role in promoting the regional industrial competitiveness and the overall regional competitiveness of Jinan. The thesis is divided into six parts. The first chapter describes the purpose and significance of the topic, summarizes the related research results at home and abroad, enumerates the research methods used in the paper. And on the basis of the summary of the research content of the paper put forward the innovation of the paper. The second chapter summarizes the relevant theories of the modern service industry and summarizes the connotation and characteristics of the modern service industry. The third chapter analyzes and evaluates the development of modern service industry in Jinan. First, from the economic aggregate of modern service industry, employment. Three aspects of labor productivity analysis of the overall, and then from the modern service industry corporate unit employees distribution, modern service industry value added changes in two aspects of the specific analysis of the internal structure. It is concluded that the modern service industry in Jinan is developing rapidly and has gradually become the leading industry in the whole city. Finally, taking fifteen sub-provincial cities in China as an example, taking some relevant indexes of modern service industry as an example, and based on the evaluation index system of modern service industry development, this paper makes an empirical analysis of modern service industry in Jinan. This paper draws the conclusion that the overall competitiveness of modern service industry in Jinan is low. Chapter 4th analyzes the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of modern service industry in Jinan by using SWOT analysis method. 5th chapters. This paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for developing modern service industry in Jinan. Chapter 6th summarizes the full text and puts forward the deficiencies and prospects of the research.
