【摘要】：良好的的企業(yè)內(nèi)部經(jīng)營管理一定離不開好的融資管理,然而融資渠道的管理又是融資管理的重要組成部分,多渠道融資在一定程度上能降低企業(yè)的融資成本,也能大大降低企業(yè)的融資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。O2O商業(yè)模式是隨著電子商務(wù)發(fā)展誕生下來的一種新的模式。O2O企業(yè)作為人們青睞的新出來的商業(yè)模式,其最大最顯著的特點(diǎn)主要在于前期投入多、發(fā)展迅猛、但是具有很大的波動性、脫離不了市場經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境。因此對于此類企業(yè)在發(fā)展的初中期需要大量的資金投入,但是這類企業(yè)融資由于公司實(shí)力上比不過大型公司,實(shí)力特別薄弱,前期融資如登泰山,步步艱難,最后的結(jié)果就是這些企業(yè)的融資渠道狹窄,融資后付出的成本較大、威脅著公司的長期穩(wěn)定�；谝陨险J(rèn)識,本文從理論出發(fā),以美團(tuán)網(wǎng)為例,分析美團(tuán)網(wǎng)從成立以來至今的融資歷程,從而得出美團(tuán)網(wǎng)融資渠道較為單一,并且將美團(tuán)網(wǎng)的融資渠道與同類型企業(yè)阿里巴巴、大眾點(diǎn)評網(wǎng)、餓了么網(wǎng)進(jìn)行了對比,對比發(fā)現(xiàn),美團(tuán)網(wǎng)的融資渠道與同行業(yè)的企業(yè)融資渠道較為相似,但是這并代表著融資渠道就一定是合理的。本文結(jié)合現(xiàn)代新的融資方式,例如眾籌來討論美團(tuán)網(wǎng)是否更應(yīng)該考慮新的融資渠道,從新的高度分析美團(tuán)網(wǎng)的融資渠道,從而給美團(tuán)網(wǎng)甚至整個(gè)O2O行業(yè)管理層完善自身的融資渠道的提供一定的思考。本文從5個(gè)部分著手來寫,最開始寫的是該論文的研究背景和研究意義,對國內(nèi)和國外的學(xué)者在中小型企業(yè)、020企業(yè)的融資渠道上的研究成果的一些文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了分析總結(jié),與此同時(shí),也就進(jìn)一步寫了美團(tuán)網(wǎng)融資渠道這篇論文的研究內(nèi)容、論文的研究目的、本文的研究思路和這篇文章的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)所在;第二部分就是簡單的寫了一些融資渠道的相關(guān)的理論,主要是在說企業(yè)融資、融資渠道、O2O企業(yè)的一些概念和理論;第三部分是分析美團(tuán)網(wǎng)融資現(xiàn)狀以及存在的問題,并且將美團(tuán)網(wǎng)的融資渠道與阿里巴巴、餓了么網(wǎng)、大眾點(diǎn)評網(wǎng)的融資渠道進(jìn)行了對比分析,找出美團(tuán)網(wǎng)融資渠道存在的不足之處;第四部分是結(jié)合第三部分美團(tuán)網(wǎng)融資渠道的不足之處,站在理論的角度并結(jié)合美團(tuán)網(wǎng)的特點(diǎn)對美團(tuán)的融資渠道的完善提出了一些建議,旨在拓寬美團(tuán)網(wǎng)的融資渠道,降低融資成本與風(fēng)險(xiǎn),促進(jìn)美團(tuán)網(wǎng)更為完善的融資管理;最后一個(gè)部分寫的是總結(jié),也相應(yīng)寫了本人研究該篇文章還有哪些欠缺的部分,并提出希望有更多的學(xué)者對此有所研究。本文有一定的創(chuàng)新,主要表現(xiàn)為結(jié)合同類型企業(yè)的融資渠道,對比分析美團(tuán)網(wǎng)融資渠道的合理性,并且結(jié)合現(xiàn)在的市場金融環(huán)境,新的融資方式和政府銀行的貸款優(yōu)惠政策,對美團(tuán)網(wǎng)的公司規(guī)模、融資歷程進(jìn)行分析,即使深度不夠,但是是對美團(tuán)網(wǎng)整個(gè)融資歷程全部進(jìn)行了分析,具有相對全面性,使研究具有較強(qiáng)的說服性與現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。希望本文能對我國其他020企業(yè)的在融資渠道的拓寬上具有一定的指導(dǎo)作用。
