【摘要】：科技服務(wù)業(yè)是現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的重要組成部分,具有人才智力密集、科技含量高、產(chǎn)業(yè)附加值大、輻射帶動(dòng)作用強(qiáng)等特點(diǎn)。加快科技服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展,是調(diào)整優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、培育新經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)的重要舉措。廣州作為華南地區(qū)人流、物流、資金流、知識(shí)流與信息流的交匯樞紐,科技服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展水平對(duì)其后續(xù)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展起著重要的支撐作用。目前廣州科技服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展過(guò)程中,存在著企業(yè)規(guī)模普遍偏小、科技投入力度小、專業(yè)化水平不高、高層次科技服務(wù)人才相對(duì)缺乏等問(wèn)題。研究科技服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的影響因素,探討如何能行之有效的推動(dòng)廣州科技服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展,具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文主要研究回答以下幾個(gè)問(wèn)題:1、科技服務(wù)業(yè)的內(nèi)涵、分類及特征是什么;2、廣州科技服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀特征及區(qū)域、結(jié)構(gòu)差異如何;3、提出科技服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的影響因素模型,進(jìn)而研究廣州科技服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的影響因素。通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)研究總結(jié),定性與定量分析結(jié)合,規(guī)范與實(shí)證研究結(jié)合,本文主要得出以下研究結(jié)論:1、廣州科技服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展經(jīng)歷了培育、市場(chǎng)化發(fā)展、產(chǎn)業(yè)體系逐步形成三個(gè)階段,目前整體產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模增長(zhǎng)勢(shì)態(tài)良好,人員結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化、服務(wù)能力提升、經(jīng)營(yíng)模式多樣化,科技創(chuàng)新能力穩(wěn)步增長(zhǎng)。區(qū)域差異與結(jié)構(gòu)差異突出,天河、越秀較其他區(qū)發(fā)展較快,研發(fā)服務(wù)業(yè)以及科技中介與咨詢服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展較快。2、利用因子分析對(duì)廣州地區(qū)177家企業(yè)的調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)研究,得到四大公因子:基本生產(chǎn)要素因子、創(chuàng)新因子、政府因子、制度因子。3、通過(guò)多元回歸分析,得到現(xiàn)階段廣州科技服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的影響因素模型,發(fā)現(xiàn)與從業(yè)人員數(shù)、固定資產(chǎn)總值、平均工資、政府行為顯著正相關(guān),其中從業(yè)人員數(shù)的影響程度最大,與從事科技活動(dòng)人員占比有著顯著負(fù)相關(guān)的影響。
[Abstract]:Science and technology service industry is an important part of modern service industry, which has the characteristics of intensive talent intelligence, high science and technology content, large industry added value, strong radiation driving effect and so on, so as to speed up the development of science and technology service industry. Guangzhou is an important measure to adjust and optimize the industrial structure and cultivate the new economic growth point. Guangzhou is the junction of the flow of people, logistics, capital, knowledge and information in South China. The development level of science and technology service industry plays an important supporting role in its subsequent economic development. At present, in the process of development of science and technology service industry in Guangzhou, the scale of enterprises is generally small, and the intensity of science and technology investment is small. This paper studies the influencing factors of the development of science and technology service industry and discusses how to effectively promote the development of Guangzhou science and technology service industry. This paper mainly studies and answers the following questions: 1, what is the connotation, classification and characteristics of science and technology service industry; (2) the present situation and the regional and structural differences of the scientific and technological service industry in Guangzhou; 3. Put forward the model of influencing factors of the development of science and technology service industry, and then study the influencing factors of the development of science and technology service industry in Guangzhou. Through the research and summary of domestic and foreign literature, qualitative and quantitative analysis are combined. Combining normative and empirical research, this paper draws the following conclusions: 1: 1, the development of Guangzhou science and technology service industry has experienced three stages: cultivation, marketization, and the gradual formation of industrial system. At present, the overall industrial scale growth situation is good, the personnel structure is optimized, the service ability is improved, the management mode is diversified, the science and technology innovation ability grows steadily, the regional difference and the structure difference are prominent, Tianhe. Yuexiu developed faster than other regions, and R & D service industry, science and technology intermediary and consulting service industry developed faster. The research data of 177 enterprises in Guangzhou area were studied by factor analysis. Get four factors: basic factors of production, innovation factors, government factors, institutional factors. Through multiple regression analysis, get the current development of Guangzhou science and technology service industry factors model. It is found that there is a significant positive correlation between the number of employees, the total value of fixed assets, the average wage and government behavior, among which the number of employees has the greatest influence, and has a significant negative correlation with the proportion of scientific and technological activity personnel.
