【摘要】:在信息經(jīng)濟、網(wǎng)絡經(jīng)濟、知識經(jīng)濟的迅猛發(fā)展下,順應互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、移動互聯(lián)技術(shù)的高速發(fā)展,企業(yè)外部經(jīng)營環(huán)境發(fā)生了翻天覆地的變化,正不斷改寫著中國的新一輪經(jīng)濟格局。在此趨勢下,企業(yè)的生存模式和商業(yè)模式不得不進化和創(chuàng)新,隨之帶來的組織結(jié)構(gòu)創(chuàng)新成為極具挑戰(zhàn)性的課題。本人所在的A企業(yè)屬于現(xiàn)代服務業(yè),服務內(nèi)容包括營銷禮贈品設計、營銷活動市場調(diào)研、產(chǎn)品供應、倉儲物流服務等。近年來,隨著市場環(huán)境變化,競爭日趨激烈,業(yè)務利潤下滑。A企業(yè)決策層提出用三年時間完成業(yè)務的升級與轉(zhuǎn)型戰(zhàn)略,要求在保持原有競爭優(yōu)勢的前提下,建設好更高層級的核心能力和競爭壁壘;贏企業(yè)業(yè)務戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型的發(fā)展要求,A公司的組織結(jié)構(gòu)該如何創(chuàng)新?其組織結(jié)構(gòu)的變革要遵循怎樣的步驟和方法?如何處理好結(jié)構(gòu)創(chuàng)新過程中的發(fā)展與穩(wěn)定、靈活與規(guī)范之間的矛盾?什么樣的組織結(jié)構(gòu)更適合A公司的業(yè)務發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略?以上問題構(gòu)成了本文的主要研究內(nèi)容。本論文屬實踐性研究論文,以A公司的組織結(jié)構(gòu)創(chuàng)新活動為出發(fā)點,采用了價值鏈分析法、流程網(wǎng)絡圖分析法、關(guān)鍵業(yè)務流程分析等工具,對A公司的組織活動、組織功能、組織關(guān)系等做出了新的定義。在研究中,作者發(fā)現(xiàn)某種單一的組織結(jié)構(gòu)難以滿足A公司復雜的業(yè)務特性,因此通過企業(yè)活動的深入研究,結(jié)合了矩陣式動態(tài)管理模型、阿米巴組織模式等多種組織結(jié)構(gòu)設計理念,最終創(chuàng)新性的設計出適合于A公司的新型彈性組織結(jié)構(gòu),從而解決了A公司基于業(yè)務戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型的結(jié)構(gòu)創(chuàng)新問題以及組織結(jié)構(gòu)創(chuàng)新的成本最優(yōu)設計。
[Abstract]:In the information economy, network economy, the rapid development of knowledge economy, with the Internet, the rapid development of mobile Internet technology, happened to turn the world upside down the changes of the external operating environment of enterprises, is constantly rewriting the China a new round of economic structure. Under this trend, the survival of enterprises and business models to the evolution and innovation, bring the organizational structure of innovation has become a challenging topic. I A where the enterprise belongs to the modern service industry, including marketing gifts design, marketing activities, market research, product supply, warehousing and logistics services. In recent years, with the change of market environment, the increasingly fierce competition, business profits decline.A enterprise decision-making and propose to upgrade the strategic transformation of three years to complete the business requirements, while maintaining the original competitive advantage, build a higher level of core competence and competitive barriers. The A enterprise strategic transformation of business development requirements, the organizational structure of A company how to innovate? Its organizational structure reform should follow the steps and methods of how? How to deal with the development and stability of the structure in the process of innovation, the contradiction between flexibility and norms? What kind of organizational structure is more suitable for the business development strategy of A company? These questions above constitute the main content of this paper. This paper is a practical research paper, based on A's organizational structure innovation activities as the starting point, using the value chain analysis method, process network analysis, key business process analysis tools of A company organizational activities, organization function, organization relationship make a new definition. In the study, the author found that the business characteristics of A company is difficult to meet the complex organizational structure of a single, so through the in-depth study of the activities of the enterprise, combined with the dynamic matrix management Model, Amiba organization mode and many other organizational structure design concepts, and finally innovatively design a new elastic organizational structure suitable for A company, so as to solve the structural innovation problem of A company based on business strategy transformation and the cost optimal design of organizational structure innovation.
