【摘要】：我國酒店行業(yè)正處于黃金發(fā)展時期,酒店管理專業(yè)作為高職院校的熱點專業(yè),承擔著為我國酒店行業(yè)培養(yǎng)優(yōu)秀的管理人才的任務。目前,我國高職酒店管理專業(yè)的實踐性教學存在教師對實踐教學的認識不夠、沒有結合學校自身擁有的高科技教具來進行教學、不重視教學后的審查與考核等問題。因此,應加強職業(yè)素質教育,注重個性發(fā)展培養(yǎng)素質與個性相結合的酒店管理人才;結合實際,通過多媒體教學讓學生對酒店管理知識進行立體理解;培養(yǎng)素質與個性相結合的酒店管理人才。同時,還應注意對學生進行差異性教學,發(fā)掘學生的潛力;積極進行教法改革,帶動酒店管理教育的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The hotel industry in China is in a golden period of development, hotel management as a hot major in higher vocational colleges, should cultivate excellent management talents for China's hotel industry task. At present, the teaching practice of hotel management specialty in Higher Vocational Education in our country there are teachers' understanding of the practice teaching is not enough, not with the school own high-tech teaching aids to carry out teaching, do not attach importance to examination and assessment and other issues after teaching. Therefore, we should strengthen occupation quality education, pay attention to the combination of personality development and personality quality of hotel management talents; combined with the practice, the multimedia teaching let the students understand the three-dimensional hotel management knowledge; the combination of culture and personality quality of hotel management personnel. At the same time, also should pay attention to the difference of teaching for the students, explore the potential of students; actively carry out teaching reform, promote education of hotel management education.
