【摘要】：正2015~2016年中國宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)展望房地產(chǎn)下滑仍是經(jīng)濟(jì)增長面臨的最大拖累。過去十年間,中國每隔幾年就會經(jīng)歷一次房地產(chǎn)周期。但與前幾輪不同,住房市場內(nèi)在供求格局發(fā)生變化才是導(dǎo)致本輪下滑的主要因素。過去幾年,由于房價低迷、實(shí)際利率上升以及理財(cái)產(chǎn)品等境內(nèi)外其他投資渠道興起,之前可以吸收過剩
[Abstract]:China's macroeconomic outlook from 2015 to 2016 the decline in real estate is still the biggest drag on economic growth. Over the past decade, China has experienced a real estate cycle every few years. However, different from previous rounds, the change of supply and demand pattern in the housing market is the main factor leading to the decline in this round. In the past few years, due to the downturn in house prices, the rise in real interest rates and the rise of other investment channels, such as wealth management products, the surplus could have been absorbed before.
