中建一局房地產(chǎn)公司三級人才培養(yǎng)體系研究

【摘要】:隨著中國房地產(chǎn)市場的發(fā)展,房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)在一線城市的發(fā)展難度越來越大,發(fā)展空間也越來越小。大型的房地產(chǎn)公司早在10年前就開始了二線城市的布局,如今,一批新成長起來有實力的中小型房地產(chǎn)公司也開始在全國范圍內(nèi)或者在自己的優(yōu)勢區(qū)域向二三線城市擴張。而擴張的同時,人才培養(yǎng)及人才梯隊建設(shè)則顯得尤為重要。 中建一局房地產(chǎn)公司隸屬于中建一局集團(tuán),是中國建筑旗下“中建地產(chǎn)”的重要組成部分,按照股份公司的總體布局,總部在北京的中建一局房地產(chǎn)公司重點承擔(dān)著“中建地產(chǎn)”江蘇區(qū)域的房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)業(yè)務(wù)。為實現(xiàn)快速發(fā)展和跨區(qū)域經(jīng)營,中建一局房地產(chǎn)公司2011年正式提出了“星火計劃、基石計劃、領(lǐng)航計劃”三級人才培養(yǎng)體系,進(jìn)行人才培養(yǎng)和人才梯隊建設(shè)。 本文通過對中建一局房地產(chǎn)公司三級人才培養(yǎng)體系的運營情況進(jìn)行調(diào)研和認(rèn)真分析,總結(jié)成功經(jīng)驗,找到存在不足,分析產(chǎn)生不足的原因,并從人才招聘與調(diào)配、培訓(xùn)體系建設(shè)、培養(yǎng)機制建設(shè)、晉升機制建設(shè)、績效改進(jìn)、薪酬體系改進(jìn)以及異地擴張的團(tuán)隊建設(shè)等方面提出了-系列改進(jìn)的意見。
[Abstract]:With the development of Chinese real estate market, the development of real estate enterprises in first-tier cities is becoming more and more difficult, and the development space is becoming smaller and smaller. Large real estate companies began the layout of second-tier cities as early as 10 years ago, and now a group of new and powerful small and medium-sized real estate companies are also expanding into second-and third-tier cities nationwide or in their own dominant areas. At the same time, talent training and talent echelon construction are particularly important. China Construction one Bureau Real Estate Company, which belongs to China Construction one Bureau Group, is an important part of China Construction's "China Construction Real Estate". According to the overall layout of the joint-stock company, the China Construction one Real Estate Company, which is headquartered in Beijing, focuses on the real estate development business in Jiangsu Province. In order to achieve rapid development and cross-regional management, China Construction one Bureau Real Estate Company formally put forward the "spark plan, cornerstone plan, pilot plan" three-level talent training system in 2011 to carry out talent training and talent echelon construction. Based on the investigation and careful analysis of the operation of the three-level talent training system of China Construction one Bureau Real Estate Company, this paper summarizes the successful experience, finds out the shortcomings, analyzes the causes of the shortcomings, and puts forward some suggestions on the improvement of the talent recruitment and allocation, the construction of the training system, the construction of the training mechanism, the construction of the promotion mechanism, the improvement of the performance improvement, the improvement of the compensation system and the team building of the expansion in different places.
