居民購房意愿增強是基于對市場預期看好

【摘要】:正日前,交通銀行發(fā)展研究中心通過調(diào)研5個核心城市和21個省會城市的小康家庭(核心城市稅后家庭年收入10萬元以上,其他城市8萬元以上)購房意愿指數(shù)發(fā)現(xiàn),無論是核心城市還是非核心城市,小康家庭對現(xiàn)在和未來的不動產(chǎn)投資意愿均呈增加趨勢,F(xiàn)在的房價對很多家庭來說,的確非常昂貴,然而這些家庭依然選擇購房,其原因一方面是由于房地產(chǎn)政策的頻頻利好,一方面是戶籍制度改革帶來了房地產(chǎn)投資機會,歸根結(jié)底是由于居民對今后收入增加的樂觀預期以及對房價上漲的預判。所以盡管房
