【摘要】：當(dāng)前，，我國房地產(chǎn)泡沫膨脹，房價(jià)虛高。作為剛剛步入社會(huì)的大學(xué)畢業(yè)生、低收入、聚居群體的“蟻?zhàn)濉痹跒樯鐣?huì)做貢獻(xiàn)的同時(shí)，卻沒有享受生活的條件�！吧嬷�，生活之下，現(xiàn)實(shí)如蟻，夢想如蝶”是他們生活的真實(shí)寫照，蝸居成為他們的生存現(xiàn)狀。而此時(shí)，城市許多廢棄工業(yè)建筑卻處于空置狀態(tài)，因此如何合理利用廢棄工業(yè)建筑為“蟻?zhàn)濉卑布揖统蔀橐粋�(gè)亟待解決的社會(huì)問題。 本文針對當(dāng)今社會(huì)“蟻?zhàn)濉钡木幼‖F(xiàn)狀，首先對國內(nèi)外廢棄工業(yè)建筑再利用相關(guān)的理論與實(shí)踐進(jìn)行分析和歸納，立足于大城市外來人口的蝸居事實(shí)，從歷史文化、藝術(shù)審美、生態(tài)文明和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益多方面，多角度出發(fā)，充分發(fā)掘廢棄工業(yè)建筑再利用的潛力與價(jià)值。然后，結(jié)合國內(nèi)外典型的廢棄工業(yè)建筑再利用的案例進(jìn)行分析比較，借鑒其中成功案例的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。其次，以南陽市廢舊軋花廠改造項(xiàng)目為例，對廢棄工業(yè)建筑改為居住建筑的可行性進(jìn)行探究，并對改造過程中會(huì)出現(xiàn)的實(shí)際問題提出可行性策略。最后對適合改造為“經(jīng)濟(jì)型”住宅的廢棄工業(yè)建筑應(yīng)具備的條件進(jìn)行概括，以期對改善當(dāng)下“蟻?zhàn)濉鄙瞵F(xiàn)狀提供參考。 將廢棄工業(yè)建筑改造為居住建筑不僅僅實(shí)現(xiàn)了工業(yè)建筑的保護(hù)和再利用，同時(shí)也結(jié)合了社會(huì)現(xiàn)實(shí)，能為“蟻?zhàn)濉卑布�，幫助他們解決居住的實(shí)際問題，并最終實(shí)現(xiàn)廢棄工業(yè)建筑保護(hù)與再利用的共贏，具有重大而深遠(yuǎn)的意義。
[Abstract]:At present, the real estate bubble in China is inflated and the house price is inflated. As a college graduate who has just entered the society, the ant tribe, which is low-income and inhabited, not only contributes to the society, but does not enjoy the conditions of life at the same time. "above existence, under life, reality is like ant, dream is like butterfly" is the true portrayal of their life, snail living has become their living status quo. At this time, many abandoned industrial buildings in the city are vacant, so how to make rational use of abandoned industrial buildings to settle down for the "ant tribe" has become an urgent social problem to be solved. In view of the living situation of the "ant tribe" in today's society, this paper first analyzes and sums up the theories and practices related to the reuse of abandoned industrial buildings at home and abroad, based on the fact that the migrant population in big cities lives in snail, from history, culture, art aesthetics, From many aspects and angles of ecological civilization and economic benefit, the potential and value of reuse of abandoned industrial buildings are fully explored. Then, combined with the typical cases of reuse of abandoned industrial buildings at home and abroad, this paper analyzes and compares them, and draws lessons from the experience of successful cases. Secondly, taking the reconstruction project of Nanyang waste flower rolling mill as an example, this paper probes into the feasibility of changing abandoned industrial buildings into residential buildings, and puts forward some feasible strategies for the practical problems that will occur in the process of transformation. Finally, the conditions of abandoned industrial buildings suitable for transformation into "economical" houses are summarized in order to provide reference for improving the present living situation of "ant tribe". The transformation of abandoned industrial buildings into residential buildings not only realizes the protection and reuse of industrial buildings, but also combines the social reality, which can settle down for the "ant tribe" and help them solve the practical problems of living. It is of great and far-reaching significance to realize the win-win protection and reuse of abandoned industrial buildings.
