房地產(chǎn)中介信息管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】：隨著房地產(chǎn)市場不斷發(fā)展,面對日益競爭激烈的國家房地產(chǎn)市場,中介信息管理工作就顯得特別的重要。 本文探討基于WEB技術(shù)的房產(chǎn)信息管理系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建以及相關(guān)技術(shù)。本系統(tǒng)采用B/S(Browser/Server)三層結(jié)構(gòu),使用ASP網(wǎng)頁開發(fā)技術(shù)進行設(shè)計。本系統(tǒng)旨在提高房產(chǎn)中介系統(tǒng)的工作效率,能夠極大得方便房主發(fā)布房屋信息,為房屋的租賃和買賣開辟更廣泛的市場空間。會員可以根據(jù)自己的需求發(fā)布房源信息,并對發(fā)布的信息進行管理。同時會員還能夠進行合租匹配查詢以及收藏夾管理,有利于整合和管理市場的房產(chǎn)資源,極大方便了房主與客戶瀏覽查詢相關(guān)資源。 本文從房主、客戶的角度對房產(chǎn)中介的發(fā)展狀況做了相應(yīng)的探討。首先介紹了課題的現(xiàn)狀和研究背景,并且簡述了本系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計目標和總體設(shè)計方案,然后論述了系統(tǒng)的詳細設(shè)計和實現(xiàn)過程,包括系統(tǒng)的各個功能模塊描述、數(shù)據(jù)庫的具體設(shè)計,以及功能實現(xiàn)的關(guān)鍵代碼。通過分析房主和客戶各自不同的需求,在基本功能實現(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,運用軟件工程的思想,基本完成了項目開發(fā)過程中遇到的問題,并給出了相應(yīng)的解決方法。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of the real estate market, in the face of increasingly competitive national real estate market, intermediary information management is particularly important. This paper discusses the construction of real estate information management system based on WEB technology and related technologies. The system adopts B / S (Browser/Server) three-tier structure and uses ASP web page development technology to design. The purpose of this system is to improve the efficiency of the real estate intermediary system, which can greatly facilitate the release of housing information by homeowners, and open up a wider market space for the rental and sale of houses. Members can publish housing information according to their own needs, and manage the published information. At the same time, members can also carry out sharing matching query and favorites management, which is conducive to the integration and management of real estate resources in the market, and greatly facilitates the browsing and inquiry of related resources between homeowners and customers. This paper discusses the development of real estate agents from the perspective of homeowners and customers. This paper first introduces the present situation and research background of the subject, and briefly describes the design objectives and overall design scheme of the system, and then discusses the detailed design and implementation process of the system, including the description of each functional module of the system. The specific design of the database, as well as the key code of functional implementation. By analyzing the different needs of homeowners and customers, on the basis of the realization of basic functions, the problems encountered in the process of project development are basically completed by using the idea of software engineering, and the corresponding solutions are given.
