【摘要】：電子商務(wù)作為信息時代的產(chǎn)物，具有傳統(tǒng)商業(yè)運營模式所無法企及的迅捷高效、成本低廉的巨大優(yōu)勢，電子商務(wù)的快速發(fā)展給各行各業(yè)的經(jīng)營帶來巨大的改變，也為其創(chuàng)造了許多例如。成為了信息時代企業(yè)發(fā)展所必須的方式，，并以驚人的速度在改變著我們的生活習(xí)慣。 電子商務(wù)最為當(dāng)前最為先進(jìn)商業(yè)運營方式，主要通過互聯(lián)網(wǎng)作為載體來完成交易過程，它為全世界的用戶提供了空前豐富的商務(wù)信息，使得商業(yè)交易成本大大減少，交易過程簡單迅捷。當(dāng)前，電子商務(wù)已經(jīng)成為了主流模式，全球電子商業(yè)的成交金額空前擴(kuò)大。然而，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)又是一把雙刃劍，在給人們帶來巨大便利的同時，也蘊含著極高的安全風(fēng)險，建立在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)基礎(chǔ)之上的電子商務(wù)也就無可避免地面臨著種種安全威脅，發(fā)展形勢異常嚴(yán)峻，電子商務(wù)安全也成為了全世界最關(guān)注的焦點問題。 房產(chǎn)交易網(wǎng)站本質(zhì)上屬于電子商務(wù)范疇，由于其位置是在一個面向所有人開放的一個網(wǎng)絡(luò)中，因此有很大的可能受到其他人的登錄甚至攻擊。這些攻擊會在很大程度上影響人們正常的登錄瀏覽甚至是正規(guī)的交易會受到威脅，嚴(yán)重的情況下會對房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)的數(shù)據(jù)造成重大損失。為房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)帶來巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失，甚至?xí)绊懙狡髽I(yè)的正常運營與發(fā)展，從而處于市場競爭的不利地位。 本文主要通過對大量文獻(xiàn)資料的翻閱與參考以及通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)上的信息資源的了解，對于電子商務(wù)的交易體系有了較為深刻的認(rèn)識，分析了網(wǎng)站存在的安全隱患原因，并根據(jù)國內(nèi)外的先進(jìn)成果以及筆者學(xué)習(xí)中的心得提出了一些關(guān)于電子商務(wù)在交易中存在安全隱患的解決對策。在網(wǎng)站安全機(jī)制上使用了數(shù)據(jù)安全審計技術(shù)，從而有效防止非授權(quán)用戶的非法入侵和主動攻擊，構(gòu)建完整的房產(chǎn)交易網(wǎng)站安全體系，確保網(wǎng)站穩(wěn)定、安全、高效運行，最終達(dá)到充分保障房產(chǎn)網(wǎng)上交易秩序安全的目的。
[Abstract]:As a product of the information age, e-commerce has the advantages of high speed, high efficiency and low cost, which can not be reached by the traditional business operation mode. The rapid development of e-commerce has brought great changes to the management of all kinds of industries. And created a lot for it, for example. It has become a necessary way for the development of enterprises in the information age, and it is changing our living habits with astonishing speed. E-commerce is currently the most advanced way of business operation, mainly through the Internet as a carrier to complete the transaction process, it provides users throughout the world with unprecedented wealth of commercial information, making the cost of commercial transactions greatly reduced. The process of trading is simple and quick. At present, e-commerce has become the mainstream model, the transaction amount of global e-commerce unprecedented expansion. However, the Internet is also a double-edged sword, while bringing great convenience to people, it also contains extremely high security risks. E-commerce based on the Internet will inevitably face all kinds of security threats. The development situation is extremely severe, electronic commerce security has also become the most concerned focus of the world. The real estate trading website belongs to the category of e-commerce in essence, because its location is in a network open to everyone, so it is very likely to be logged in or even attacked by others. These attacks will greatly affect people's normal login browsing and even regular transactions will be threatened, in serious cases will cause a significant loss of data for real estate companies. It will bring huge economic losses to real estate enterprises, even affect the normal operation and development of enterprises, thus being in a disadvantageous position of market competition. Through the reading and reference of a large number of documents and information resources on the network, this paper has a deep understanding of the trading system of e-commerce, and analyzes the reasons for the hidden security problems existing in the website. On the basis of the advanced achievements at home and abroad and the author's experience in the study, this paper puts forward some solutions to the security hidden danger of e-commerce in the transaction. The data security audit technology is used in the security mechanism of the website, so as to effectively prevent the illegal intrusion and active attack of unauthorized users, construct a complete security system of the real estate trading website, and ensure the stable, safe and efficient operation of the website. Finally achieve the full protection of real estate online trading order of the purpose of security.
