淺談房地產報道中的媒體立場與責任

【摘要】:自2016年初開始,全國熱點城市樓市開啟了一輪瘋狂上漲的歷程,如同2015年的"全民炒股"一樣,國人一時間似乎也陷入了"全民炒房"的熱潮之中;樓市政策的變動、土地拍賣的動向、房價的漲幅等等,無不左右著讀者敏感的神經,直至中央出重拳、多地聯(lián)動,樓市才逐步回歸平穩(wěn)、理性。在樓市、購房者失去理性的情況下,媒體在進行房地產報道時,應以"準確、權威、客觀、理性、公正"為宗旨,可以說多數媒體堅守了這一原則和立場。但在大量樓市報道中,我們也不難發(fā)現(xiàn),片面、誤導,甚至虛假、失實等信息或新聞不時見諸報端,帶有功利性、傾向性的報道也常常充斥其間。這一切不但影響著媒體在廣大讀者中的權威、理性等形象,更偏離了媒體在新聞宣傳中應肩負的社會責任。

In the case of property market, buyers lose rationality, the media should take the aim of "accurate, authoritative, objective, rational, just" when reporting on real estate, it can be said that most media adhere to this principle and position. However, in a large number of housing market reports, it is not difficult to find that one-sided, misleading, even false, false and other information or news from time to time appear in the press, with utilitarian, biased reports are often filled with them. All this not only affects the media in the majority of readers, such as authority, rationality and other images, but also deviates from the media in news publicity should shoulder the social responsibility.
