【摘要】：在目前軌道交通建設(shè)力推PPP模式的情形下,文章首先從PPP社會(huì)資本屬性的角度,主要有建筑施工企業(yè)、機(jī)電信號(hào)系統(tǒng)企業(yè)、房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)、地鐵運(yùn)營(yíng)企業(yè)等類(lèi)型,對(duì)不同的軌道交通PPP模式進(jìn)行了比較分析。接著就軌道交通項(xiàng)目的網(wǎng)運(yùn)分離進(jìn)行了分析。最后就軌道交通項(xiàng)目未來(lái)可能的趨勢(shì)從政府、社會(huì)資本兩個(gè)角度進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:Under the situation that the rail transit construction is pushing the PPP model, the article firstly from the PPP social capital attribute angle, mainly has the construction enterprise, the electromechanical signal system enterprise, the real estate enterprise, the subway operation enterprise and so on type. The different PPP modes of rail transit are compared and analyzed. Then the separation of rail transit project network operation is analyzed. Finally, the possible future trend of rail transit projects from the government, social capital two perspectives are prospected.
