【摘要】：隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的快速發(fā)展和網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息的廣泛傳播,網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息對人們的社會生活產(chǎn)生了重要影響。已有研究通常利用事件分析法對物理事件的影響與沖擊進(jìn)行分析,而對于重大網(wǎng)絡(luò)突發(fā)事件的影響度量相對較少。本文利用事件分析法,研究了重大網(wǎng)絡(luò)突發(fā)事件對房地產(chǎn)市場的影響。實證結(jié)果表明重大網(wǎng)絡(luò)突發(fā)事件對房地產(chǎn)市場價格造成明顯的影響和沖擊,本文研究結(jié)果為重大網(wǎng)絡(luò)突發(fā)事件的影響度量和分析提供了分析工具,為政府管理部門和企業(yè)應(yīng)對重大網(wǎng)絡(luò)突發(fā)事件提供了決策支持。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the Internet and the wide spread of network information, network information has an important impact on people's social life. Event analysis is usually used to analyze the impact and impact of physical events, but the impact measures for major network emergencies are relatively small. In this paper, the impact of major network emergencies on real estate market is studied by means of event analysis. The empirical results show that significant network emergencies have a significant impact on the real estate market prices. The results of this study provide an analytical tool for the impact measurement and analysis of major network emergencies. It provides decision support for government management departments and enterprises to deal with major network emergencies.
