東北地區(qū)城市宜居性評(píng)價(jià)及影響因素分析——基于2007-2014年面板數(shù)據(jù)的實(shí)證研究

【摘要】:新型城鎮(zhèn)化背景下,城市宜居性成為當(dāng)前學(xué)術(shù)界研究的熱點(diǎn)之一。本文基于資源、環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、生活、安全6個(gè)方面構(gòu)建了宜居城市評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,運(yùn)用熵值法、Arc GIS空間分析法和面板數(shù)據(jù)模型分析法,對(duì)2007-2014年?yáng)|北地區(qū)37個(gè)城市的宜居性及影響因素進(jìn)行探究。結(jié)果表明:(1)城市宜居水平整體偏低,提高速度較慢,但城市間的差異在縮小。(2)城市宜居水平在空間上形成以沈陽(yáng)、大連為核心的"雙核"分布模式,以及以長(zhǎng)春、哈爾濱和大慶為核心"扇葉"分布格局。(3)各城市間宜居水平存在較弱的空間相關(guān)性,但這種相關(guān)性逐年增強(qiáng)。(4)各單項(xiàng)指標(biāo)的地域分異與綜合水平的地域分異存在差異,不同城市在不同指標(biāo)下有其優(yōu)勢(shì)與不足。(5)在研究社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響時(shí),通過(guò)建立面板數(shù)據(jù)模型,發(fā)現(xiàn)居民儲(chǔ)蓄存款余額、市政設(shè)施建設(shè)投資、人均住宅房地產(chǎn)開(kāi)發(fā)投資、社區(qū)服務(wù)設(shè)施、人口密度與城市宜居性呈正相關(guān),而SO2排放量則呈負(fù)相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Under the background of new urbanization, urban livability has become one of the hotspots in academic research. Based on the six aspects of resources, environment, economy, society, life and security, this paper constructs the evaluation index system of livable city, and applies entropy method, Arc GIS spatial analysis method and panel data model analysis method. The livability and influencing factors of 37 cities in Northeast China from 2007 to 2014 were studied. The results show that: (1) the level of livable living in cities is on the low side and the increasing speed is slow, but the difference between cities is narrowing. (2) the urban livable level forms a "dual-core" distribution pattern with Shenyang and Dalian as the core and Changchun as the core. Harbin and Daqing as the core "fan leaf" distribution pattern. (3) there is a weak spatial correlation between the livable level of different cities, However, the correlation is increasing year by year. (4) there are differences between the regional differentiation of each single index and the regional differentiation of comprehensive level, and different cities have their own advantages and disadvantages under different indicators. (5) when studying the influence of social economy, Through the establishment of panel data model, it is found that the balance of residents' savings deposits, investment in municipal facilities construction, investment in residential real estate development per capita, community service facilities and population density are positively correlated with urban liveability, while SO2 emissions are negatively correlated.
