【摘要】：正近年來,國家進一步加強房地產(chǎn)市場宏觀調(diào)控,財政部、國家稅務總局要求各地積極推進存量房交易價格評估工作。廣西地稅局從2011年12月起開展存量房交易價格評估系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建工作,目前已完成該系統(tǒng)在全區(qū)的推廣應用工作。該系統(tǒng)對于加強存量房交易稅收征管具有重要意義,本文著重從信息技術層面入手,結(jié)合廣西實踐,對構(gòu)建存量房交易價格評估系統(tǒng)的主要做法與取得的成效進行梳理。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the state has further strengthened the macro-control of the real estate market. The Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation require all localities to actively promote the price evaluation of stock housing transactions. Guangxi Local Taxation Bureau has carried out the construction of stock house transaction price evaluation system since December 2011 and has now completed the popularization and application of the system in the whole region. This system is of great significance to strengthen the tax collection and management of stock house transaction. This paper focuses on the information technology level, combined with Guangxi practice, to build stock housing transaction price evaluation system main practices and achievements are combed.
