基于SOA的工作流技術(shù)在房地產(chǎn)資產(chǎn)評(píng)估管理中的應(yīng)用
[Abstract]:Real estate economy plays an important role in the national economy and has practical significance to promote the development of national economy. Real estate assets evaluation plays a role of leverage in the real estate market. With the booming development of the real estate market and the prosperity of the evaluation industry, the real estate assets appraisal management system provides a special operating platform. Accurate evaluation results can be obtained, greatly improving the quality and efficiency of the evaluation. Therefore, workflow technology plays an important role in real estate asset evaluation management system. The information resources of modern enterprises are more and more heterogeneous, distributed and loosely coupled. At present, the real estate assets evaluation management system based on the traditional workflow technology can not meet the needs of the enterprise business, and it is becoming more and more difficult to meet the needs of modern business process management. Therefore, it is imperative to develop a workflow model based on SOA and apply it to real estate asset evaluation management system. This paper focuses on the analysis and study of workflow technology based on SOA architecture, the main work is as follows: 1. Workflow technology and workflow management system are analyzed. 2. SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture, Service-Oriented Architecture) is analyzed. 3. In this paper, the design and implementation of workflow technology based on SOA, the encapsulation of service and the call of interface are expounded through the application example of real estate assets appraisal management system. The structure of documents and the workflow management of documents are realized. Using the idea of SOA to integrate legacy system, provide the interface of call. According to the practice, the workflow management system based on SOA makes use of the characteristics of SOA architecture, such as adaptability, ease of operation, quick reactivity and so on, which enables enterprises to customize workflow and respond to external events quickly. It plays a very important role in the market competitiveness of enterprises.
