【摘要】：房地產(chǎn)經(jīng)濟(jì)在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)中占有重要地位，對(duì)促進(jìn)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義，，房地產(chǎn)資產(chǎn)評(píng)估在房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)中起著杠桿的作用。隨著房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)的蓬勃發(fā)展和評(píng)估行業(yè)的興旺，房地產(chǎn)資產(chǎn)評(píng)估管理系統(tǒng)提供了一個(gè)專用的操作平臺(tái)，選用可行的方法進(jìn)行資產(chǎn)評(píng)估，經(jīng)過(guò)工作流程的審批，可得到精確的評(píng)估結(jié)果，大大提高了評(píng)估的質(zhì)量和效率。因此，工作流技術(shù)在房地產(chǎn)資產(chǎn)評(píng)估管理系統(tǒng)中起著重要的作用。 現(xiàn)代企業(yè)的信息資源越來(lái)越表現(xiàn)出一種異構(gòu)、分布、松散耦合的特點(diǎn)。目前，基于傳統(tǒng)工作流技術(shù)的房地產(chǎn)資產(chǎn)評(píng)估管理系統(tǒng)不能很好的滿足企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)需求的變化、越來(lái)越難以滿足現(xiàn)代業(yè)務(wù)流程管理的需要。因此，開(kāi)發(fā)出一個(gè)基于SOA的工作流模型，并應(yīng)用于房地產(chǎn)資產(chǎn)評(píng)估管理系統(tǒng)中顯得勢(shì)在必行。 本文重點(diǎn)分析與研究了基于SOA架構(gòu)的工作流技術(shù)，主要工作有以下幾個(gè)方面： 1.對(duì)工作流技術(shù)和工作流管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了分析。 2.對(duì)SOA(Service-Oriented Architecture，面向服務(wù)架構(gòu))進(jìn)行了分析。 3.通過(guò)具體的應(yīng)用實(shí)例——房地產(chǎn)資產(chǎn)評(píng)估管理系統(tǒng)，闡述了基于SOA的工作流技術(shù)在該系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)、服務(wù)的封裝與接口的調(diào)用，實(shí)現(xiàn)了文檔的結(jié)構(gòu)化、文檔的工作流管理，利用SOA的思想整合遺產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)、提供調(diào)用的接口。 根據(jù)實(shí)踐證明，基于SOA的工作流管理系統(tǒng)利用了SOA架構(gòu)所具有的可適應(yīng)性、易操作性、快速反應(yīng)性等特性，使企業(yè)能夠自定義工作流程，快速響應(yīng)外部事件，對(duì)企業(yè)在市場(chǎng)上取得競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力方面有著非常重要的作用。
[Abstract]:Real estate economy plays an important role in the national economy and has practical significance to promote the development of national economy. Real estate assets evaluation plays a role of leverage in the real estate market. With the booming development of the real estate market and the prosperity of the evaluation industry, the real estate assets appraisal management system provides a special operating platform. Accurate evaluation results can be obtained, greatly improving the quality and efficiency of the evaluation. Therefore, workflow technology plays an important role in real estate asset evaluation management system. The information resources of modern enterprises are more and more heterogeneous, distributed and loosely coupled. At present, the real estate assets evaluation management system based on the traditional workflow technology can not meet the needs of the enterprise business, and it is becoming more and more difficult to meet the needs of modern business process management. Therefore, it is imperative to develop a workflow model based on SOA and apply it to real estate asset evaluation management system. This paper focuses on the analysis and study of workflow technology based on SOA architecture, the main work is as follows: 1. Workflow technology and workflow management system are analyzed. 2. SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture, Service-Oriented Architecture) is analyzed. 3. In this paper, the design and implementation of workflow technology based on SOA, the encapsulation of service and the call of interface are expounded through the application example of real estate assets appraisal management system. The structure of documents and the workflow management of documents are realized. Using the idea of SOA to integrate legacy system, provide the interface of call. According to the practice, the workflow management system based on SOA makes use of the characteristics of SOA architecture, such as adaptability, ease of operation, quick reactivity and so on, which enables enterprises to customize workflow and respond to external events quickly. It plays a very important role in the market competitiveness of enterprises.
