【摘要】：財(cái)務(wù)管理戰(zhàn)略具有高度的職能性,對(duì)于公司總體戰(zhàn)略的形成起到了重要的支撐作用。這種作用的產(chǎn)生緣于企業(yè)發(fā)展運(yùn)營(yíng)的核心部分——公司資金。財(cái)務(wù)管理戰(zhàn)略在資金的增值、投入、收益、分配方面,具有不可估量的重要作用,它可以作為一個(gè)公司發(fā)展的血液看待。 本文運(yùn)用SWOT企業(yè)管理分析方法,以HC房地產(chǎn)集團(tuán)公司為研究對(duì)象,在深入研究其財(cái)務(wù)管理狀況的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了有效的財(cái)務(wù)管理解決方案。我們首先介紹了HC房地產(chǎn)公司的大致情況,其次對(duì)HC房地產(chǎn)集團(tuán)公司的財(cái)務(wù)管理狀況進(jìn)行了深入細(xì)致的分析,找出了HC房地產(chǎn)集團(tuán)公司財(cái)務(wù)管理方面存在的一些突出問題。在我們前面研究的基礎(chǔ)上,給HC房地產(chǎn)集團(tuán)公司制定了嚴(yán)格的財(cái)務(wù)管理目標(biāo)。為了確保財(cái)務(wù)管理目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn),我們從財(cái)務(wù)管理環(huán)節(jié)開始,深入系統(tǒng)地研究了資金流動(dòng)的每個(gè)階段,結(jié)合前面的評(píng)估方法,提出了很多啟發(fā)性意見。 首先,本文應(yīng)用靜動(dòng)結(jié)合的方法分析了HC房地產(chǎn)集團(tuán)公司最近十年的財(cái)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù),主要包括現(xiàn)金、償還、資產(chǎn)等方面。其次,應(yīng)用SWOT財(cái)務(wù)管理分析方法分析了HC房地產(chǎn)集團(tuán)公司面臨的主要環(huán)境和挑戰(zhàn),及其競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì),找出了其在財(cái)務(wù)管理規(guī)劃上存在的缺陷,在此基礎(chǔ)上制定了新的關(guān)于籌集資金、使用資金和回流資金的中長(zhǎng)期規(guī)劃。再次,為了提高HC房地產(chǎn)集團(tuán)公司的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),本文通過新的財(cái)務(wù)評(píng)估方法,對(duì)HC公司的財(cái)務(wù)狀況進(jìn)行客觀仔細(xì)分析之后,結(jié)合行業(yè)水平著重探討HC公司財(cái)務(wù)管理規(guī)劃的實(shí)施辦法。最后,在結(jié)合前人理論的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)本文研究成果進(jìn)行了歸總,同時(shí)對(duì)行業(yè)遠(yuǎn)景提出了切合實(shí)際的期待。
[Abstract]:The financial management strategy is highly functional and plays an important supporting role in the formation of the company's overall strategy. This role comes from the core part of enterprise development and operation-corporate capital. The strategy of financial management plays an inestimable role in the increment, investment, income and distribution of funds, and it can be regarded as the blood of a company's development. In this paper, using the SWOT enterprise management analysis method, taking HC Real Estate Group Company as the research object, on the basis of the in-depth study of its financial management situation, this paper puts forward an effective financial management solution. Firstly, we introduce the general situation of HC real estate company, and then analyze the financial management situation of HC real estate group company deeply and meticulously, and find out some outstanding problems in the financial management of HC real estate group company. On the basis of our previous research, HC real estate group has formulated strict financial management objectives. In order to ensure the realization of the goal of financial management, we have deeply and systematically studied each stage of financial flow from the aspect of financial management, and put forward a lot of enlightening suggestions combined with the previous evaluation methods. Firstly, this paper analyzes the financial data of HC Real Estate Group Company in the last ten years by using the method of static and dynamic combination, mainly including cash, repayment, assets and so on. Secondly, using the SWOT financial management analysis method, this paper analyzes the main environment and challenges faced by HC real estate group company, its competitive advantages and disadvantages, and finds out the defects in its financial management planning. On this basis, a new medium-and-long-term plan for raising funds, using funds and returning funds has been formulated. Thirdly, in order to improve the market competitive advantage of HC Real Estate Group Company, this paper analyzes the financial situation of HC Company through a new financial evaluation method. Combined with the industry level, the implementation of financial management planning of HC company is discussed. Finally, based on the previous theories, the research results of this paper are summarized, and the practical expectation of the industry prospect is put forward.
