基于Spring架構(gòu)房地產(chǎn)辦公自動(dòng)化應(yīng)用管理平臺(tái)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著國(guó)家信息基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)的深入,規(guī)劃網(wǎng)絡(luò)構(gòu)建辦公自動(dòng)化的系統(tǒng)用以實(shí)現(xiàn)信息共享、協(xié)同工作和決策支持已經(jīng)成為提升企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和政府效率的工作重點(diǎn)。 辦公自動(dòng)化最重要的內(nèi)涵是運(yùn)用信息及通信技術(shù)打破常規(guī)的組織界限,構(gòu)建一個(gè)電子化整合平臺(tái),使得我們可以從不同的渠道利用有價(jià)值的信息及服務(wù)。 在我國(guó)目前正在實(shí)施的國(guó)家信息化工程中,辦公自動(dòng)化是重要組成部分。 本課題旨在對(duì)當(dāng)前房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)中的辦公信息系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行充分調(diào)研,明確研究目標(biāo)和總體設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)、原則并完善可行性分析。在房地產(chǎn)辦公自動(dòng)化管理平臺(tái)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)過(guò)程中,對(duì)涉及并使用到的計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)進(jìn)行充分了解。包括主流及主要關(guān)鍵技術(shù):JAVA技術(shù)、Spring框架、組件技術(shù)和Web Service技術(shù)等,分析各個(gè)辦公流程、功能、工作原理等,為進(jìn)一步進(jìn)行總體設(shè)計(jì)奠定基礎(chǔ)。 我們有針對(duì)性的分析研究房地產(chǎn)辦公自動(dòng)化管理平臺(tái)總體設(shè)計(jì)和架構(gòu),確立總體設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo),分析總體設(shè)計(jì)原則。在系統(tǒng)功能框架中,主要包含系統(tǒng)功能、系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)架構(gòu)、建立數(shù)據(jù)模型,工作流引擎、數(shù)據(jù)訪問(wèn)組件、數(shù)據(jù)交換組件、數(shù)據(jù)查詢組件、電子表單組件、統(tǒng)計(jì)報(bào)表組件、即時(shí)通訊組件、安全審計(jì)組件和短消息組件。 我們通過(guò)提高信息處理速度和完善辦公調(diào)度,加強(qiáng)其準(zhǔn)確性,實(shí)現(xiàn)管理決策,經(jīng)營(yíng)信息化,提高服務(wù)質(zhì)量,不斷提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the national information infrastructure, the planning network construction office automation system to achieve information sharing, collaborative work and decision support has become the focus of improving the competitiveness of enterprises and government efficiency. The most important connotation of office automation is to use information and communication technology to break the conventional organizational boundaries and build an electronic integration platform, so that we can use valuable information and services from different channels. Office automation is an important part of the national informatization project which is being implemented in our country. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the current office information system in the real estate industry, to make clear the research goal and the overall design goal, and to perfect the feasibility analysis. In the process of design and implementation of real estate office automation management platform, the computer technology involved and used is fully understood. Including the mainstream and main key technology: Java technology Spring framework, component technology and Web Service technology, analysis of the various office processes, functions, working principles, for further overall design laid the foundation. We analyze and study the overall design and architecture of the real estate office automation management platform, establish the overall design objectives, and analyze the overall design principles. In the system function framework, it mainly includes the system function, the system design architecture, the establishment data model, the workflow engine, the data access component, the data exchange component, the data query component, the electronic form component, the statistical report component. Instant messaging component, Security Audit component and short message component. Through improving the speed of information processing and perfecting office scheduling, we can enhance its accuracy, realize management decision, manage information, improve service quality, and continuously improve economic benefit.
