徐輝建筑企業(yè)文化研究

【摘要】:近十年來,在城市化進(jìn)程的帶動下,中國的房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)進(jìn)入了高速發(fā)展的階段。對房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)過程中兼具多重身份的設(shè)計企業(yè)而言,高速發(fā)展的行業(yè)周期使得多數(shù)企業(yè)獲得了良好的經(jīng)營回報,企業(yè)的發(fā)展速度與影響力不斷提高。然而自2013年以來,隨著中國城市化進(jìn)程的逐漸成熟,房地產(chǎn)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的逐步調(diào)整,整個行業(yè)開始進(jìn)入調(diào)整期,未來的地產(chǎn)行業(yè)和與之密切關(guān)聯(lián)的設(shè)計行業(yè)將面臨更加劇烈的競爭環(huán)境。河南徐輝建筑工程設(shè)計有限公司(以下簡稱徐輝建筑)作為本土成長起來的建筑設(shè)計企業(yè),能夠在二十年的時間內(nèi)走過行業(yè)的低潮期和高潮期,超越同時期創(chuàng)立的其他建筑設(shè)計機(jī)構(gòu),保持持續(xù)發(fā)展的勢頭并成為國內(nèi)規(guī)模最大的個人命名的事務(wù)所類型設(shè)計機(jī)構(gòu),其健康高速發(fā)展的根基來源于優(yōu)秀的企業(yè)文化設(shè)計。本文通過對企業(yè)文化理論的梳理以及徐輝建筑企業(yè)文化發(fā)展的回顧,將徐輝建筑企業(yè)文化建設(shè)分為五個階段并對各階段的背景、文化特性進(jìn)行了分析。從中可以發(fā)現(xiàn),徐輝建筑較早形成的現(xiàn)代企業(yè)文化體系是其快速發(fā)展的根本動力,企業(yè)家的個人性格和精神追求成就了企業(yè)文化的核心訴求,企業(yè)團(tuán)隊的融入帶來了企業(yè)文化的豐富與發(fā)展。其最終形成的以“創(chuàng)新、負(fù)責(zé)、服務(wù)”為核心的企業(yè)文化使其超越了區(qū)域內(nèi)的建筑設(shè)計機(jī)構(gòu),在產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新、服務(wù)升級、人力資源、市場營銷等方面積累優(yōu)勢,在文化的推動下形成了競爭力的提升,并成長為中部地區(qū)最具影響力的設(shè)計機(jī)構(gòu)之一。徐輝建筑的企業(yè)文化發(fā)展過程對其他設(shè)計機(jī)構(gòu)尤其是處于發(fā)展期的中小設(shè)計機(jī)構(gòu)具有典型的借鑒意義。設(shè)計機(jī)構(gòu)技術(shù)密集、人才密集的行業(yè)特點決定了設(shè)計企業(yè)應(yīng)更加重視企業(yè)文化建設(shè),避免單純考量產(chǎn)值和利潤的短期思維模式,盡快建立符合企業(yè)特點,具有行業(yè)特色,融入人文關(guān)懷的企業(yè)文化體系,才能從容面對產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和產(chǎn)業(yè)升級對全體設(shè)計單位的生存考驗。
[Abstract]:In the past ten years, the real estate industry in China has entered a stage of rapid development driven by the urbanization process. For the design enterprises with multiple identities in the process of real estate development, the rapid development of the industry cycle makes most enterprises get good business returns, and the development speed and influence of enterprises are constantly improved. However, since 2013, with the gradual maturity of China's urbanization process and the gradual adjustment of the real estate development strategy, the whole industry has entered a period of adjustment. The future real estate industry and closely related design industry will face a more competitive environment. Henan Xu Hui Architectural Engineering Design Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Xu Hui Architecture), as a native architectural design enterprise, has been able to go through the low and high periods of the industry in 20 years. Surpassing other architectural design institutions established in the same period, maintaining the momentum of sustained development and becoming the largest individual naming firm type design organization in China, its healthy and rapid development is based on excellent corporate culture design. By combing the theory of corporate culture and reviewing the development of Xu Hui's architectural corporate culture, this paper divides the architectural enterprise culture construction into five stages and analyzes the background and cultural characteristics of each stage. It can be found that the modern corporate culture system, which was formed earlier in Xu Hui's architecture, is the fundamental driving force for its rapid development. The individual character and spiritual pursuit of entrepreneurs have achieved the core demands of corporate culture. The integration of enterprise team brings the enrichment and development of enterprise culture. The corporate culture with "innovation, responsibility and service" as its core makes it surpass the architectural design institutions in the region and accumulate advantages in product innovation, service upgrading, human resources, marketing, and so on. Driven by culture, it has become one of the most influential design institutions in the central region. The development process of Xu Hui architecture's enterprise culture has typical reference significance for other design organizations, especially the small and medium-sized design organizations in the developing period. The characteristics of the design organization are technology-intensive and talent intensive, which determines that the design enterprise should pay more attention to the construction of the enterprise culture, avoid the short-term thinking mode that only considers the output value and profit, and establish as soon as possible the characteristics of the enterprise and have the characteristics of the industry. Only when the enterprise culture system is integrated into humanistic care can the adjustment of industrial structure and industrial upgrading test the survival of all design units.
