[Abstract]:In the past ten years, the real estate industry in China has entered a stage of rapid development driven by the urbanization process. For the design enterprises with multiple identities in the process of real estate development, the rapid development of the industry cycle makes most enterprises get good business returns, and the development speed and influence of enterprises are constantly improved. However, since 2013, with the gradual maturity of China's urbanization process and the gradual adjustment of the real estate development strategy, the whole industry has entered a period of adjustment. The future real estate industry and closely related design industry will face a more competitive environment. Henan Xu Hui Architectural Engineering Design Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Xu Hui Architecture), as a native architectural design enterprise, has been able to go through the low and high periods of the industry in 20 years. Surpassing other architectural design institutions established in the same period, maintaining the momentum of sustained development and becoming the largest individual naming firm type design organization in China, its healthy and rapid development is based on excellent corporate culture design. By combing the theory of corporate culture and reviewing the development of Xu Hui's architectural corporate culture, this paper divides the architectural enterprise culture construction into five stages and analyzes the background and cultural characteristics of each stage. It can be found that the modern corporate culture system, which was formed earlier in Xu Hui's architecture, is the fundamental driving force for its rapid development. The individual character and spiritual pursuit of entrepreneurs have achieved the core demands of corporate culture. The integration of enterprise team brings the enrichment and development of enterprise culture. The corporate culture with "innovation, responsibility and service" as its core makes it surpass the architectural design institutions in the region and accumulate advantages in product innovation, service upgrading, human resources, marketing, and so on. Driven by culture, it has become one of the most influential design institutions in the central region. The development process of Xu Hui architecture's enterprise culture has typical reference significance for other design organizations, especially the small and medium-sized design organizations in the developing period. The characteristics of the design organization are technology-intensive and talent intensive, which determines that the design enterprise should pay more attention to the construction of the enterprise culture, avoid the short-term thinking mode that only considers the output value and profit, and establish as soon as possible the characteristics of the enterprise and have the characteristics of the industry. Only when the enterprise culture system is integrated into humanistic care can the adjustment of industrial structure and industrial upgrading test the survival of all design units.
