基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的智能小區(qū)的設計與研究

【摘要】:近年來,,智能小區(qū)成為繼智能家居之后又一研究熱點。與傳統(tǒng)公共智能建筑相比,它強調(diào)住宅單元個體,側(cè)重物業(yè)管理功能[1]。當前,人們從自身的知識背景出發(fā)對其概念、組成、功能等各方面進行研究,大多只側(cè)重于智能小區(qū)某一部分,或者說某一子系統(tǒng)進行功能的研究與設計,缺乏統(tǒng)籌大局的技術(shù)實施手段。而物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)手段是從數(shù)據(jù)感知、網(wǎng)絡傳輸、數(shù)據(jù)處理的系統(tǒng)解決方案,其在各個領(lǐng)域從“概念”逐漸成為“現(xiàn)實”。在物聯(lián)網(wǎng)智能家居正發(fā)生翻天覆地變化的同時,基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的智能小區(qū)的應用顛覆了人們對傳統(tǒng)智能化社區(qū)的認知,正成為房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)商重要的“吸金點”,又將掀起了新一輪研發(fā)熱潮。 本文在充分研究物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)體系和智能小區(qū)國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了一套基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的智能小區(qū)總體設計方案,并對智能小區(qū)中三大典型場景——智能家居、智能停車管理、智能化公廁的智能子系統(tǒng)進行了設計和研究。本文的研究和設計,對物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)應用于智能小區(qū)做了一些典范示例的探索,有一定現(xiàn)實的意義和實用價值。主要成果如下:一、在總體設計中,基于集中監(jiān)管的頂層設計思想,設計了一套包含數(shù)據(jù)感知層、網(wǎng)絡傳輸層、中間件層、數(shù)據(jù)處理層四層體系結(jié)構(gòu)的智能小區(qū)系統(tǒng),在此架構(gòu)下智能小區(qū)的各個子系統(tǒng)可橫向擴展,并對每一子系統(tǒng)的設計做出了智能家居系統(tǒng)的案例解析,如環(huán)境數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)控、無線傳感網(wǎng)、智能家居TPAD(終端)、智能家電等。二、分別將ZigBee技術(shù)、RFID技術(shù)、單片機/嵌入式平臺技術(shù)三種物聯(lián)網(wǎng)支撐技術(shù)應用于智能小區(qū)中家居、停車管理、公廁服務的應用場景中,結(jié)合其他技術(shù)手段,如模糊控制、日志挖掘、多定時任務調(diào)度等,取得了智能化控制的目的。
[Abstract]:In recent years, intelligent residential area has become another research hotspot after smart home. Compared with the traditional public intelligent building, it emphasizes the residential unit individual and the property management function [1]. At present, people from their own knowledge background to its concept, composition, function and other aspects of research, mostly focused on a part of the intelligent community, or a sub-system for functional research and design, Lack of overall situation of the technical implementation of the means. The Internet of things technology means from the data perception, the network transmission, the data processing system solution, its in each domain gradually from "the concept" becomes "the reality". While the Internet of things smart home is undergoing earth-shaking changes, the application of the intelligent community based on the Internet of things technology has subverted people's understanding of the traditional intelligent community, and is becoming an important "gold sucking point" for real estate developers. Will set off a new round of research and development boom. On the basis of studying the technology system of Internet of things and the current situation of intelligent community research at home and abroad, this paper puts forward a set of overall design scheme of intelligent community based on Internet of things technology. Intelligent parking management, intelligent public toilet intelligent subsystem has been designed and studied. The research and design of this paper have some practical significance and practical value for the application of Internet of things technology in intelligent community. The main results are as follows: firstly, in the overall design, based on the top-level design idea of centralized supervision, a set of intelligent community system is designed, which includes data perception layer, network transport layer, middleware layer and data processing layer. In this framework, each subsystem of the intelligent community can be expanded horizontally, and the design of each subsystem is analyzed in the case of intelligent home system, such as environmental data monitoring, wireless sensor network, smart home TPAD (terminal), intelligent home appliances and so on. Secondly, three kinds of Internet of things support technologies, such as ZigBee technology and MCU / embedded platform technology, are applied to the application scene of home, parking management and public toilet service in intelligent community, and other technical means, such as fuzzy control, are combined. Log mining, multi-timing task scheduling and so on, achieved the purpose of intelligent control.
