【摘要】：近年來以城市綜合體為代表的商業(yè)地產(chǎn)在國內(nèi)房地產(chǎn)市場上逐漸升溫,在此背景下,通過發(fā)展歷程、開發(fā)模式及競爭優(yōu)勢(shì)三個(gè)方面,對(duì)城市綜合體開發(fā)的案例標(biāo)桿萬達(dá)廣場進(jìn)行一定研究,以期在選址、開發(fā)、招商、營銷、運(yùn)營管理及資本運(yùn)作等方面為城市綜合體項(xiàng)目的開發(fā)提供思路和借鑒。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the commercial real estate represented by the urban complex has gradually heated up in the domestic real estate market. Under this background, through the development process, the development model and the competitive advantage, In order to provide ideas and references for the development of urban complex projects, this paper makes a certain study on the case of the city complex development in the following aspects: location, development, investment, marketing, operation management and capital operation.
