【摘要】：飛速發(fā)展過(guò)后,房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)進(jìn)入新的"白銀時(shí)代",經(jīng)營(yíng)環(huán)境發(fā)生大的變化,表現(xiàn)之一就是行業(yè)兼并收購(gòu)加劇。在行業(yè)整合過(guò)程中,作為雙方交易價(jià)格的基礎(chǔ),房地產(chǎn)公司股權(quán)價(jià)值評(píng)估是重要的環(huán)節(jié)。本文以房地產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目公司為例,簡(jiǎn)化了不同開(kāi)發(fā)階段房地產(chǎn)公司股權(quán)評(píng)估與審計(jì)的關(guān)系,有利于投資者決策。
[Abstract]:After the rapid development, the real estate industry has entered a new "silver era", the operating environment has changed greatly, one of the manifestations is the aggravation of the industry merger and acquisition. In the process of industry integration, as the basis of transaction price, real estate company equity value evaluation is an important link. Taking the real estate project company as an example, this paper simplifies the relationship between equity evaluation and audit of real estate companies in different stages of development, which is helpful for investors to make decisions.
