山西濟(jì)遠(yuǎn)集團(tuán)多元化戰(zhàn)略優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:山西濟(jì)遠(yuǎn)集團(tuán)是以建筑工程公司為基礎(chǔ),在近十年時間內(nèi)迅速崛起的山西省內(nèi)大型建筑企業(yè)集團(tuán),目前產(chǎn)業(yè)涉足房地產(chǎn)、建筑工程、石油、航運(yùn)、建材貿(mào)易、物業(yè)管理等多個領(lǐng)域。然而,山西濟(jì)遠(yuǎn)集團(tuán)在規(guī)?焖贁U(kuò)張的背后,并沒有獲得理想的預(yù)期回報,相反,由于多元化形成了資源分配的不合理,造成了主營業(yè)務(wù)的經(jīng)營困難。 文章以山西濟(jì)遠(yuǎn)集團(tuán)為研究對象,多元化戰(zhàn)略評價與優(yōu)化為主要研究問題,依據(jù)戰(zhàn)略管理理論,多元化理論和核心競爭力等理論,采用PEST.五力模型、EFE矩陣、IFE矩陣以及SWOT等分析方法與工具,對其多元化戰(zhàn)略展開分析研究。主要內(nèi)容包括:①山西濟(jì)遠(yuǎn)集團(tuán)概況及多元化發(fā)展歷程;②山西濟(jì)遠(yuǎn)集團(tuán)外部環(huán)境、自身資源和能力分析,明確多元化發(fā)展過程中存在的典型問題與原因;③采用EFE、IFE和SWOT矩陣,研判企業(yè)多元化戰(zhàn)略的優(yōu)化方向,根據(jù)QSPM評價矩陣選擇多元化戰(zhàn)略優(yōu)化方案,并提出以房地產(chǎn)為主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)、相關(guān)多元化適度發(fā)展、建立多元化控股公司的山西濟(jì)遠(yuǎn)集團(tuán)多元化優(yōu)化方案重點(diǎn);④明確山西濟(jì)遠(yuǎn)集團(tuán)多元化戰(zhàn)略優(yōu)化的工作重點(diǎn),并提出針對性的保障措施。 論文難點(diǎn)及可能的創(chuàng)新之處:①根據(jù)多元化發(fā)展理論,采用EFE、IFE矩陣等戰(zhàn)略分析工具,對企業(yè)內(nèi)外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行評價,數(shù)據(jù)采集和處理工作量大;②提出的多元化戰(zhàn)略優(yōu)化方案以及相應(yīng)的戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施保障措施,不僅為本企業(yè)多元化發(fā)展提供了有益參考,而且對于多元化戰(zhàn)略理論在建筑行業(yè)運(yùn)用具有一定的應(yīng)用示范意義。 論文系統(tǒng)分析了山西濟(jì)遠(yuǎn)集團(tuán)多元化發(fā)展的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境,指明了存在的典型問題,明確了多元化戰(zhàn)略的優(yōu)化方向、方案與實(shí)施保障措施,對公司可持續(xù)發(fā)展以及多元化發(fā)展理論在建筑行業(yè)應(yīng)用推廣提供了參考。
[Abstract]:Shanxi Jiyuan Group is a large construction enterprise group in Shanxi Province, which is based on the construction engineering company and has been rising rapidly in the past ten years. At present, the industry is involved in real estate, construction engineering, oil, shipping, building materials trade. Property management and other areas. However, Shanxi Jiyuan Group has not obtained the desired expected return behind the rapid expansion of its scale. On the contrary, the diversification has resulted in unreasonable distribution of resources, resulting in difficulties in the operation of the main business. This article takes Shanxi Jiyuan Group as the research object, the diversification strategy appraisal and the optimization as the main research question, according to the strategic management theory, the diversification theory and the core competition ability theory, adopts the pest. Five Force Model (EFE) and SWOT are used to analyze its diversification strategy. The main contents include: 1 Shanxi Jiyuan Group's general situation and diversified development course 2 Shanxi Jiyuan Group's external environment, its own resources and ability analysis, the typical problems and reasons in the process of diversification. This paper studies the optimization direction of enterprise diversification strategy, selects the diversification strategy optimization plan according to the QSPM evaluation matrix, and proposes that the real estate industry should be the leading industry and the relevant diversification should be moderately developed. Setting up the Diversified holding Company of Shanxi Jiyuan Group the key point of the diversification optimization scheme is to make clear the key points of the diversification strategy optimization of Shanxi Jiyuan Group and to put forward the corresponding safeguard measures. According to the theory of diversification development, using EFEEIFE matrix and other strategic analysis tools, the paper evaluates the internal and external environment of enterprises, and the workload of data collection and processing is great. 2. The optimization scheme of diversification strategy and the corresponding strategy implementation guarantee measures not only provide a useful reference for the diversification development of the enterprise, but also have a certain application demonstration significance for the application of the diversification strategy theory in the construction industry. This paper systematically analyzes the internal and external environment of the diversification development of Shanxi Jiyuan Group, points out the typical problems, and clarifies the optimization direction, scheme and implementation guarantee measures of the diversification strategy. It provides a reference for the sustainable development of the company and the application of the theory of diversified development in the construction industry.
