【摘要】：正今年三月中旬,上海按照中央"因城施策"的要求實(shí)施房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)"滬九條"新政后,房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)逐步趨于平靜,房?jī)r(jià)上漲勢(shì)頭得到有效遏制,交易量和價(jià)格雙雙回落,上海房地產(chǎn)調(diào)控新政成效明顯。調(diào)控成效的保持能否常態(tài)化,關(guān)鍵是要建立房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)健康發(fā)展的長效機(jī)制。前不久,上海市委召開區(qū)縣、大口黨委書記二季度工作會(huì)議,市委書記韓正指出:"上海堅(jiān)持房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)調(diào)控
