【摘要】:本文以中鐵二局房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)為背景,以開發(fā)企業(yè)定制ERP系統(tǒng)為目標(biāo),圍繞中鐵二局房地產(chǎn)ERP信息系統(tǒng)的建設(shè),依次介紹了系統(tǒng)研究的背景、開發(fā)的目的和意義。在進(jìn)行具體的開發(fā)之前,本文還對目前典型的房地產(chǎn)ERP系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了分析,作者在開發(fā)中借鑒了這些系統(tǒng),隨后對本系統(tǒng)使用的Web開發(fā)技術(shù)進(jìn)行了分析。項(xiàng)目的開發(fā)過程遵循了軟件工程的實(shí)現(xiàn),首先采用用例圖及用例規(guī)約,完成了系統(tǒng)的需求分析;隨后采用類圖及順序圖描述了系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn);在項(xiàng)目開發(fā)過程及開發(fā)結(jié)束時(shí)完成了系統(tǒng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的部署及功能測試。文章的最后給出了本次開發(fā)的總結(jié)及系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)勢以及下一階段的工作。本系統(tǒng)功能較為全面,能夠滿足中鐵二局日常業(yè)務(wù)管理的需要,系統(tǒng)中的功能模塊包括系統(tǒng)登錄、業(yè)務(wù)管理、人力資源管理、各分支公司之間的協(xié)調(diào)管理、知識管理等。本系涉及功能較多,作者在需求分析階段詳細(xì)介紹了系統(tǒng)各模塊的功能及性能需求,之后為突出重點(diǎn),以系統(tǒng)核心功能部分中的財(cái)務(wù)管理模塊以例,介紹了系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)、實(shí)現(xiàn)以及測試過程,并以此展示軟件開發(fā)過程。財(cái)務(wù)管理模塊又分為數(shù)據(jù)錄入模塊、銷售管理模塊、報(bào)表管理模塊以及檔案管理模塊,文中除對這些模塊的設(shè)計(jì)及實(shí)現(xiàn)進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的說明外,也給出了系統(tǒng)總體實(shí)現(xiàn)界面。系統(tǒng)開發(fā)采用面向?qū)ο蠹夹g(shù),在系統(tǒng)需求分析及設(shè)計(jì)過程中,廣泛采用了UML建模工具,提高了系統(tǒng)文檔的編制效率以及系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的效率。在系統(tǒng)的測試階段使用了集成化的測試工具LoadRunner完成了系統(tǒng)的性能測試,并在詳細(xì)的測試用例的基礎(chǔ)上完成了系統(tǒng)的功能測試。本系統(tǒng)在設(shè)計(jì)過程中將實(shí)用技術(shù)與先進(jìn)的軟件設(shè)計(jì)方法有效融合。綜合采用了JavaEE技術(shù)、工作流技術(shù)、C/S與B/S混合結(jié)構(gòu)模式,充分保證了系統(tǒng)的實(shí)用性以及操作的簡潔性。同時(shí)本系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)充分考慮了系統(tǒng)的安全性要求,采用了多種安全保障技術(shù),包括基于角色的訪問控制方式、數(shù)據(jù)的加密傳輸、安全傳輸協(xié)議、數(shù)據(jù)的冗余備份等措施。
[Abstract]:Based on the information construction of the real estate enterprise of the second Bureau of China Railway Corporation and the development of the customized ERP system of the enterprise, this paper introduces the background, purpose and significance of the system research in turn around the construction of the ERP information system of the real estate of the second Bureau of China Railway Corporation. Before the specific development, this paper also analyzed the typical real estate ERP system, the author used these systems for reference in the development, and then analyzed the Web development technology used in this system. The development process of the project follows the realization of software engineering. Firstly, the requirement analysis of the system is completed by using use case diagram and use case specification, and then the design and implementation of the system are described by class diagram and sequence diagram. In the project development process and the end of the development completed the deployment of the system network and functional testing. Finally, the paper gives the summary of the development and the advantages of the system as well as the next stage of the work. The function of the system is relatively comprehensive and can meet the needs of daily business management of China Railway second Bureau. The functional modules of the system include system login, business management, human resource management, coordination management among branch companies, knowledge management, etc. In the stage of requirement analysis, the author introduces the function and performance requirement of each module in detail, then as the emphases, taking the financial management module in the core function part of the system as an example, introduces the design of the system. Implementation and testing process, and show the software development process. The financial management module is divided into data input module, sales management module, report management module and file management module. In addition to the detailed description of the design and implementation of these modules, the overall system implementation interface is also given. In the process of system requirement analysis and design, UML modeling tools are widely used in the development of the system, which improves the efficiency of compiling the system documents and the efficiency of the system development. In the testing phase of the system, the integrated testing tool LoadRunner is used to complete the performance test of the system, and the function test of the system is completed on the basis of the detailed test cases. The system combines practical technology and advanced software design method effectively in the process of design. Java EE technology, workflow technology and C / S / B / S hybrid structure are adopted to ensure the practicability of the system and the simplicity of the operation. At the same time, the development of the system fully considered the security requirements of the system, adopted a variety of security technologies, including role-based access control, data encryption transmission, security transmission protocol, data redundant backup and other measures.
