【摘要】：賽會籌辦與旅游互動,是順應(yīng)產(chǎn)業(yè)融合大背景催生出的新興體育旅游形式,這種形式揭示了旅游業(yè)對賽會經(jīng)濟可持續(xù)發(fā)展的積極意義。本文以亞沙會賽會資源為研究對象,通過文獻回溯,歸納總結(jié)前兩屆亞沙會籌辦特征,發(fā)現(xiàn)亞沙會與旅游有著密不可分的聯(lián)系,為選題奠定了基礎(chǔ)。賽事資源利用的前提需要分析其旅游利用潛力,賽會資源評估的價值反映了賽會資源旅游利用潛力,也使賽事資源利用的技術(shù)路徑更具方向性與實用性。此外,探討適宜的制度設(shè)計以保障賽事資源有效利用顯得重要且緊迫。本文運用了制度經(jīng)濟學、實地調(diào)查法、案例分析法等理論和方法,圍繞賽事資源的旅游利用,探求具有普適性的賽事資源旅游資產(chǎn)化轉(zhuǎn)化路徑,為賽會經(jīng)濟可持續(xù)發(fā)展添磚加瓦。主要創(chuàng)新點有：1.從賽事資源分類、確定賽事資源價值、分析利用路徑、探討制度保障等四方而構(gòu)建賽事資源旅游利用的基礎(chǔ)框架。2.引入“平均地價法”,以亞沙賽事資產(chǎn)的投入為起點,借助房地產(chǎn)價格為中介,反映亞沙會后賽會資產(chǎn)的增值。3.賽會資產(chǎn)應(yīng)根據(jù)承辦地賽事資源開發(fā)的不同階段進行區(qū)別化管理。在開發(fā)初期成立度假區(qū)管委下屬的分公司,細化度假區(qū)的旅游開發(fā)與管理功能。開發(fā)中后期,引入民間資本,實現(xiàn)公司刊的股份制等。
[Abstract]:The interaction between competition preparation and tourism is a new form of sports tourism, which conforms to the background of industry convergence, which reveals the positive significance of tourism to the sustainable development of competition economy. This paper takes the resources of the Asa Club as the research object, summarizes the organizing characteristics of the previous two sessions of the Games through literature review, and finds that the Association has a close relationship with tourism, which lays the foundation for the topic selection. The premise of the utilization of competition resources needs to analyze the potential of tourism utilization. The value of the evaluation of competition resources reflects the potential of tourism utilization of competition resources, and also makes the technical path of the utilization of competition resources more directional and practical. In addition, it is important and urgent to explore appropriate system design to ensure the effective use of competition resources. Based on the theories and methods of institutional economics, field investigation and case analysis, this paper explores the path to the conversion of tourism assets of tournament resources, which is based on the tourism utilization of competition resources. To contribute to the sustainable economic development of the tournament. The main innovation is 1: 1. The basic framework of tourism utilization of tournament resources is constructed from the classification of competition resources, the determination of the value of competition resources, the analysis of utilization path, and the discussion of institutional protection. The introduction of "average land price law", taking the investment of the assets of the Asian sand event as the starting point and the real estate price as the intermediary, reflects the appreciation of the assets after the meeting. The tournament assets shall be managed separately according to the different stages of the resource development of the host events. In the early days of development, set up the subsidiary branch of the resort management committee to refine the tourism development and management functions of the resort. In the middle and later stages of development, private capital was introduced to realize the stock system of the company journal.
