【摘要】：隨著中國(guó)房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)逐步進(jìn)入存量房時(shí)代,流通率也正在成為新階段影響房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)走勢(shì)的關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)之一。流通率的高低不僅反映了存量房市場(chǎng)的房屋供求情況,同時(shí)也體現(xiàn)了房屋資源的配置效率。
[Abstract]:With China's real estate market gradually entering the age of housing stock, the circulation rate is becoming one of the key points that affect the trend of the real estate market in the new stage. The circulation rate not only reflects the housing supply and demand in the stock housing market, but also reflects the allocation efficiency of housing resources.
