【摘要】:隨著國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,城市化進(jìn)程的不斷加快,我國的房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)異常繁榮,成為國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),行業(yè)的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭也日趨激烈。目前房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)正處在向規(guī)范化、品牌化、規(guī);D(zhuǎn)型的時(shí)期,開發(fā)企業(yè)要想在激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭中占據(jù)主動(dòng),就必須制定出一系列完整的、科學(xué)的適合自身實(shí)際情況的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,并在自身的運(yùn)營中執(zhí)行戰(zhàn)略、評(píng)價(jià)調(diào)整略。 本文正是基于目前的房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)狀況,探索在房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)的運(yùn)營發(fā)展過程中,如何根據(jù)自身的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境制定發(fā)展策略,提升企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭力。本文以戰(zhàn)略管理相關(guān)知識(shí)為分析的理論基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合目前我國房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)的相關(guān)情況和鄭州市的房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,從A房地產(chǎn)公司的實(shí)際情況出發(fā),分析了該公司面臨的行業(yè)宏觀環(huán)境以及自身的內(nèi)部環(huán)境,并運(yùn)用SWOT分析方法,總結(jié)出該公司所具有優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)會(huì)和威脅。在這些分析的基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)A房地產(chǎn)公司的特點(diǎn),結(jié)合房地產(chǎn)戰(zhàn)略管理的流程和模式,提出A房地產(chǎn)公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,并給出為保證戰(zhàn)略科學(xué)實(shí)施而應(yīng)該采取的相關(guān)措施,總結(jié)出一套完整的適合公司發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略,并對(duì)A房地產(chǎn)公司在戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施過程中存在的問題進(jìn)行剖析,以求進(jìn)一步完善和促進(jìn)公司的持續(xù)發(fā)展,也希望為鄭州市的房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the national economy and the acceleration of the urbanization process, the real estate market of our country is extremely prosperous, becoming the pillar industry of the national economy, and the market competition of the industry is becoming more and more fierce. At present, the real estate industry is in a period of transition to standardization, branding and scale. If development enterprises want to take the initiative in the fierce market competition, they must formulate a series of complete, Scientific development strategy suitable for their own actual situation, and carry out strategy in their own operation, evaluate adjustment strategy. Based on the current situation of real estate industry, this paper explores how to formulate the development strategy according to the internal and external environment of real estate enterprises in the process of operation and development, to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. Based on the relevant knowledge of strategic management, combining the current situation of real estate industry in our country and the development situation of real estate industry in Zhengzhou City, this paper starts from the actual situation of A real estate company. This paper analyzes the macro environment of the industry and its internal environment, and summarizes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the company by using the SWOT analysis method. On the basis of these analyses, according to the characteristics of A real estate company, combined with the process and mode of real estate strategic management, this paper puts forward the development strategy of A real estate company, and gives some relevant measures to ensure the scientific implementation of the strategy. This paper summarizes a complete set of strategies suitable for the development of the company, and analyzes the problems existing in the implementation of the strategy of A real estate company in order to further improve and promote the sustainable development of the company. Also hope to provide reference for Zhengzhou real estate enterprises.
