【摘要】：正房地產(chǎn)投資邏輯,沒有今天和未來差異之分——因為這個行業(yè)的投資邏輯在未來和今天、昨天是一樣的,因為這個行業(yè)是一個很古老的行業(yè),有人的時候就有人蓋房子。那時候的房子是用木頭、土坯,現(xiàn)在用磚、石頭,原來窗戶都是紙糊的,現(xiàn)在有玻璃。根本的價值點沒有變。要的還是安全、舒適、地段好,要有錢才能蓋房子。對中國宏觀經(jīng)濟,我們需要更簡單的判斷。因為你沒有對宏觀形勢的判斷,投資邏輯怎么來的呢?
