異形柱框架住宅樓結(jié)構(gòu)可靠性鑒定與加固技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:近二十多年來,隨著社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展、科技的長足進(jìn)步以及人口的大量增加,異形柱框架結(jié)構(gòu)住宅樓逐漸成為我國城市規(guī)劃和建設(shè)的主要趨勢。這種結(jié)構(gòu)使得室內(nèi)不出現(xiàn)棱角和柱子的突出部分,滿足了建筑轉(zhuǎn)角與墻體相接處的空間要求,便于家具布置以及擴(kuò)大了房間內(nèi)部的有效使用面積。這些優(yōu)點(diǎn)都促使異形柱結(jié)構(gòu)的房屋出現(xiàn)在越來越多的建筑中。但是由于設(shè)計、施工、選材等方面的原因,房屋結(jié)構(gòu)出現(xiàn)了構(gòu)件強(qiáng)度不足、混凝土質(zhì)量問題、墻體開裂滲水等一系列的病害,嚴(yán)重影響到了人們正常的工作和生活。此外,在住宅樓漫長的使用周期內(nèi),人們可能會因?qū)幼…h(huán)境更高的要求或者對房屋用途的改變而對房屋進(jìn)行舊房改造或者變更。無論是哪種情況,為了保證結(jié)構(gòu)能夠繼續(xù)安全使用,均需要進(jìn)行修復(fù)或者加固。 我國已經(jīng)歷了20多年大規(guī)模的房地產(chǎn)高速發(fā)展。然而房地產(chǎn)業(yè)快速、高額的資金回報率使得很多開發(fā)商在項目開發(fā)時過于急功近利,很多“爛尾”建筑難以避免并大量地出現(xiàn)了。加強(qiáng)對“爛尾”建筑可靠性鑒定評估的研究,對其后續(xù)的改造再利用具有重要的社會意義和巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。 本住宅樓就是從一座爛尾樓修復(fù)加固而來,該樓已閑置10余年,其結(jié)構(gòu)長期處于未完工狀態(tài)并受到環(huán)境侵蝕,出現(xiàn)了構(gòu)件老化、鋼筋銹蝕等損傷,導(dǎo)致結(jié)構(gòu)功能逐漸降低。需要重新評估混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的耐久性與安全性,進(jìn)而對混凝土主體結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行加固補(bǔ)強(qiáng)。 本文主要研究工作包括以下幾個方面的內(nèi)容: 1、闡述了房屋結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行可靠性鑒定及加固的現(xiàn)實原因及研究意義,介紹了可靠性鑒定的概念、內(nèi)容及常用方法。 2、列舉了鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)常用的加固方案,并針對更滿足住宅樓結(jié)構(gòu)加固對使用空間減少小、對正常使用影響少、工期短等要求的粘鋼加固法和粘貼碳纖維加固法進(jìn)行了特點(diǎn)、適用性及互換性方面的比較。 3、結(jié)合某住宅樓實際情況,依據(jù)現(xiàn)行技術(shù)規(guī)范,對其結(jié)構(gòu)材料的強(qiáng)度、幾何尺寸、老化程度、裂縫發(fā)展等情況通過實測獲得一手?jǐn)?shù)據(jù),并對該房屋各構(gòu)件進(jìn)行承載力的安全性鑒定、按鑒定單元進(jìn)行安全性等級評定、抗震鑒定。基于相關(guān)檢測鑒定評估結(jié)果,經(jīng)過方案比較得出相應(yīng)的加固建議,指出該案例對相似案例的實際指導(dǎo)意義,并對后續(xù)的研究方向進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:In the past twenty years, with the rapid development of social economy, the rapid progress of science and technology and the increase of population, the irregular column frame structure residential building has gradually become the main trend of urban planning and construction in our country. This kind of structure makes the interior do not appear the corner and the pillar protruding part, has satisfied the building corner and the wall to meet the space request, is convenient for the furniture arrangement and expands the room interior effective use area. These advantages promote the appearance of special-shaped columns in more and more buildings. However, due to the reasons of design, construction, material selection and so on, there are a series of diseases in the building structure, such as insufficient strength of the members, concrete quality problems, cracks and water seepage of the wall, which seriously affect the normal work and life of people. In addition, during the long life cycle of residential buildings, people may transform or change old houses because of higher requirements for living environment or changes in the use of houses. In either case, in order to ensure that the structure can continue to be safe to use, it is necessary to repair or strengthen. Our country has experienced 20 years large-scale real estate high-speed development. However, with the rapid development of real estate industry and the high rate of return on funds, many developers are eager to make quick progress in the development of the project, and a lot of "rotten" buildings are inevitable and appear in large numbers. It is of great social significance and great economic benefit to strengthen the research on the evaluation of the reliability of the "rotten tail" building. This residential building is repaired and strengthened from an uncompleted building, which has been idle for more than 10 years. Its structure has been in an unfinished state for a long time and has been eroded by the environment, resulting in the aging of members and the corrosion of steel bars, which leads to the gradual decline of structural functions. It is necessary to re-evaluate the durability and safety of concrete structure, and then reinforce the main structure of concrete. The main research work of this paper includes the following aspects: 1. The practical reasons and significance of reliability appraisal and reinforcement of building structure are expounded, and the concept of reliability appraisal is introduced. Content and common methods. 2. The common reinforcement schemes of reinforced concrete structures are listed, and aiming at reducing the use space and affecting the normal use of the reinforced concrete structures more satisfied with the residential buildings, The characteristics, applicability and interchangeability of bonded steel reinforcement method and bonded carbon fiber reinforcement method are compared. 3. According to the actual situation of a residential building, according to the current technical specifications, the strength of the structural materials is analyzed. The geometrical dimension, aging degree, crack development and so on are measured to obtain the primary data, and then the bearing capacity of each member of the building is evaluated, the safety grade is evaluated according to the appraisal unit, and the aseismic evaluation is carried out. Based on the evaluation results of correlation testing and appraisal, the corresponding reinforcement suggestions are obtained by comparing the schemes, and the practical guiding significance of this case to similar cases is pointed out, and the future research direction is prospected.
