【摘要】:21世紀(jì)是知識經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代,知識成為企業(yè)人力資源打造核心競爭力的主要力量,在企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展中,人力資源越來越凸顯出其重要性!耙匀藶楸尽弊鳛槠髽I(yè)在經(jīng)營管理中的核心名詞,員工的積極性、主動(dòng)性和創(chuàng)造性被激勵(lì)和激發(fā)。近幾年來,越來越多的企業(yè)開始把績效管理作為加強(qiáng)其人力資源管理的有效手段,績效管理在企業(yè)管理中已得到廣泛推廣和應(yīng)用,是一項(xiàng)探索性很強(qiáng)的工作,極富開創(chuàng)性和挑戰(zhàn)性。 為了提高核心競爭力,在殘酷的市場競爭中,大多數(shù)企業(yè)都在積極尋求組織績效有效的管理方法,竭力構(gòu)建一個(gè)適合自己、可持續(xù)的績效管理體系。為此,本文先闡述了績效及績效管理的含義、房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)的績效管理、績效管理的流程、績效管理常用一些工具,然后以Z置業(yè)公司為主要研究對象,闡述了Z置業(yè)公司的概況,對Z置業(yè)公司在以往實(shí)施績效管理過程中存在的問題進(jìn)行了認(rèn)真的總結(jié)與分析,對Z置業(yè)公司績效管理體系進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),提出了Z置業(yè)公司績效管理體系設(shè)計(jì)的目的、原則和方法,給出了詳細(xì)的績效考核流程和一些有針對性、操作性強(qiáng)的表格,,對新的績效管理體系實(shí)施提出一些建議,最后對Z置業(yè)公司的績效管理進(jìn)行總結(jié)和展望。 該論文將工作績效與公司的目標(biāo)有機(jī)地結(jié)合起來,建立一套適用于Z置業(yè)公司可持續(xù)發(fā)展的績效管理體系,將提高個(gè)人績效水平、企業(yè)管理能力、整合企業(yè)核心競爭力,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)的中長期發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:The 21st century is the era of knowledge economy, knowledge has become the main force to build the core competitiveness of enterprise human resources, in the sustainable development of enterprises, the importance of human resources is more and more prominent. "People-oriented" as the core term of enterprise management, the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of employees are encouraged and stimulated. In recent years, more and more enterprises began to take performance management as an effective means to strengthen their human resources management. Performance management has been widely promoted and applied in enterprise management, which is a very exploratory work. Extremely pioneering and challenging. In order to improve the core competitiveness, in the cruel market competition, most enterprises are actively seeking effective management methods of organizational performance, and try to build a suitable and sustainable performance management system. Therefore, this paper first expounds the meaning of performance and performance management, the performance management of real estate enterprises, the process of performance management, performance management commonly used in some tools, and then take Z home company as the main research object. This paper expounds the general situation of Z Real Estate Company, summarizes and analyzes the problems existing in the past performance management process of Z Real Estate Company, and optimizes the performance management system of Z Real Estate Company. This paper puts forward the purpose, principle and method of the performance management system design of Z Real Estate Company, gives the detailed performance appraisal process and some targeted and operable tables, and puts forward some suggestions for the implementation of the new performance management system. Finally, the performance management of Z real estate company is summarized and prospected. This paper organically combines the work performance with the goal of the company, and establishes a set of performance management system suitable for the sustainable development of Z homeownership company, which will improve the level of personal performance, the management ability of the enterprise, and integrate the core competitiveness of the enterprise. Finally realize the medium-and long-term development strategic goal of the enterprise.
