【摘要】：正事件在G20峰會(huì)剛剛結(jié)束之際,杭州樓市迅速升溫。多家媒體報(bào)道稱,近期,杭州多個(gè)房地產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目開盤時(shí)遭遇購(gòu)房者蜂擁,一些樓盤被加價(jià)搶購(gòu)。購(gòu)房者中,外地人被指占據(jù)相當(dāng)?shù)谋戎?其中有一部分為上海、江蘇等地投資客。杭州樓市的驟然升溫,與G20期間的市場(chǎng)"冰凍"有一定關(guān)系。但類似的情形,在其他城市早已出現(xiàn)。8月以來(lái),長(zhǎng)沙市房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)交易量大漲,有消息透露,來(lái)自合肥的購(gòu)房者曾組團(tuán)赴長(zhǎng)沙購(gòu)房。此外,一度被認(rèn)為去庫(kù)存"重災(zāi)區(qū)"的無(wú)錫,同樣出現(xiàn)成交量大漲局面,其中相當(dāng)部分的購(gòu)房者,被指來(lái)自鄰近
[Abstract]:At the end of the G20 summit, the property market in Hangzhou heats up rapidly. Several media reports said that in recent days, several real estate projects in Hangzhou opened with a flood of buyers, and some properties were snapped up by mark-ups. Among homebuyers, outsiders are accused of taking up a significant proportion, some of them Shanghai, Jiangsu and other local investors.
