【摘要】：正自2015年3月以來,為分類調(diào)控,活躍與刺激二三線城市房地產(chǎn)市場,國家不斷出臺各類政策房地產(chǎn)調(diào)控政策。在政策的刺激下,全國不少城市的房價重拾向上路徑,有些城市的房價漲幅不斷刷新,深圳市竟然走出了全年上漲57.44%的曲線,完全出乎市場預(yù)計。一、住房價格全面上漲深圳房價的上漲以及利好的政策帶動了珠三角地區(qū)住房價格的上漲(詳見表1)。中金標(biāo)準(zhǔn)數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)顯示,除了未監(jiān)測的肇慶
[Abstract]:Since March 2015, in order to regulate and control the real estate market in the second and third tier cities, the state has been issuing various policies to regulate and control the real estate market. Under the stimulus of the policy, housing prices in many cities across the country have picked up the upward path. In some cities, the price increase has been constantly refreshed, and Shenzhen has gone out of the curve of 57.44 percent rise for the whole year, which is completely beyond the market expectations. First, housing prices rose across the board in Shenzhen and favorable policies led to a rise in housing prices in the Pearl River Delta region (see Table 1 for details).
