【摘要】:知識經(jīng)濟時代,企業(yè)發(fā)展越來越倚重于最重要的資源——人力資源,人力資源狀況如何已經(jīng)成為一個企業(yè)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵性的因素,影響到企業(yè)長期健康的發(fā)展。在企業(yè)的人力資源中,核心員工作為企業(yè)的中堅力量,承擔(dān)著企業(yè)絕大多數(shù)的管理活動、技術(shù)活動和經(jīng)營活動,是企業(yè)發(fā)展的中堅力量。因此,如何對核心員工進行有效激勵,使核心員工能夠保持持續(xù)的積極性和主動性,成為企業(yè)發(fā)展過程中需要特別重視的問題。 深圳MQ公司屬于房地產(chǎn)企業(yè),在地產(chǎn)行業(yè)飛速發(fā)展的十幾年中,MQ公司在人力資源管理方面取得了不少的成績,積累了一些經(jīng)驗。然而,,這些年MQ公司暴露的問題也越來越多,尤其是在核心員工的吸引和管理上,MQ公司的問題更加突出。本研究以MQ公司為研究對象,通過調(diào)查問卷和訪談分析的方法,比較深入地剖析了MQ公司在核心員工激勵上存在的問題,并結(jié)合相關(guān)的理論和經(jīng)驗,設(shè)計出適合于MQ公司核心員工激勵的優(yōu)化方案。從物質(zhì)激勵優(yōu)化、精神激勵優(yōu)化、職業(yè)發(fā)展優(yōu)化以及培訓(xùn)激勵優(yōu)化四個方面對MQ公司原先的激勵機制進行全面的優(yōu)化,幫助MQ公司實現(xiàn)長期的核心員工激勵,培養(yǎng)他們對企業(yè)的忠誠度,讓其個人發(fā)展融入到企業(yè)發(fā)展中去,在提升自我發(fā)展水平的同時,促進公司競爭力的提高。為確保以上的優(yōu)化措施能落到實處、結(jié)出碩果,論文也提出了相應(yīng)的保障措施。
[Abstract]:In the era of knowledge economy, the development of enterprises relies more and more on the most important resources-human resources. How human resources have become a key factor for the development of an enterprise has affected the long-term and healthy development of enterprises. In the human resources of an enterprise, the core staff, as the backbone of the enterprise, undertake most of the management activities, technical activities and management activities of the enterprise, and are the backbone of the development of the enterprise. Therefore, how to encourage the core staff effectively, so that the core staff can maintain continuous enthusiasm and initiative, has become a problem that needs special attention in the process of enterprise development. Shenzhen MQ Company is a real estate enterprise. In the ten years of rapid development of real estate industry, MQ Company has made a lot of achievements in human resource management and accumulated some experience. However, over the years, MQ companies have been exposed to more and more problems, especially in attracting and managing core staff. This research takes MQ company as the research object, through the method of questionnaire and interview analysis, deeply analyzes the problems existing in the core employee motivation of MQ company, and combines the relevant theory and experience. The optimization scheme suitable for MQ company's core staff motivation is designed. From four aspects of material incentive optimization, spiritual incentive optimization, career development optimization and training incentive optimization, the original incentive mechanism of MQ company is comprehensively optimized to help MQ company achieve long-term core employee motivation. Cultivate their loyalty to the enterprise, let their personal development into the enterprise development, while improving the level of self-development, promote the competitiveness of the company. In order to ensure that the above optimization measures can be put into practice and bear fruit, the paper also puts forward the corresponding safeguard measures.
