【摘要】：我國市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅猛發(fā)展加劇了房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。為了在激烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中能夠生存并持續(xù)發(fā)展，絕大多數(shù)的房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)已經(jīng)將企業(yè)信息化規(guī)劃為一項(xiàng)重要戰(zhàn)略措施，本文就是在此背景下進(jìn)行企業(yè)信息化的實(shí)踐。 首先，本文分析了國內(nèi)外房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)的信息化建設(shè)概況，重點(diǎn)了解我國企業(yè)信息化實(shí)現(xiàn)的環(huán)境局限性。其次，簡(jiǎn)要地闡述房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)信息化理論的內(nèi)涵以及企業(yè)信息化的必要性、基本條件和未來發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。然后，描述了本公司財(cái)務(wù)信息化系統(tǒng)的具體開發(fā)需求、整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)思想和實(shí)現(xiàn)過程。最后，介紹整個(gè)信息化系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)選型、實(shí)現(xiàn)過程、以及最終的部署方案。 本文將企業(yè)信息化理論和公司信息化建設(shè)項(xiàng)目相結(jié)合，進(jìn)行了一次企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)的探索，基本完成項(xiàng)目需求。經(jīng)過3個(gè)月的試用和公司內(nèi)部專家的評(píng)測(cè)，一致認(rèn)為該信息化系統(tǒng)可以滿足公司現(xiàn)階段需求，初步實(shí)現(xiàn)本公司的信息化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略要求。另外，在本系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)過程中也充分考慮了未來擴(kuò)展需求。 雖然本文的信息化建設(shè)大大地加快了本公司的信息化進(jìn)程，但目前未實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)倉庫功能，，而且數(shù)據(jù)挖掘功能尚需開發(fā)。在使用該信息化系統(tǒng)的過程中也發(fā)現(xiàn)了一些易用性、穩(wěn)定性方面的小缺陷，整個(gè)信息化系統(tǒng)仍然還有較大的改進(jìn)和完善空間。當(dāng)務(wù)之急是實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)挖掘模塊，它可以為企業(yè)決策提供強(qiáng)大的技術(shù)支持。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of market economy in our country intensifies the competition between real estate enterprises. In order to survive and develop continuously in the fierce competition, most of the real estate enterprises have taken the enterprise information planning as an important strategic measure. This paper is the practice of enterprise informatization under this background. Firstly, this paper analyzes the general situation of the informatization construction of real estate enterprises at home and abroad, and focuses on understanding the environmental limitations of the realization of enterprise informatization in China. Secondly, the connotation of real estate enterprise informatization theory and the necessity, basic conditions and future development trend of enterprise informatization are briefly expounded. Then, describes the company's financial information system development requirements, the entire design idea and implementation process. Finally, the technology selection, implementation process and final deployment plan of the whole information system are introduced. This paper combines the theory of enterprise informatization with the project of information construction of the company, and makes an exploration of the construction of enterprise information, and basically accomplishes the demand of the project. After three months of trial and evaluation by experts in the company, it is agreed that the information system can meet the needs of the company at this stage, and initially meet the requirements of the company's informatization development strategy. In addition, in the design process of the system also fully considered the future expansion requirements. Although the informatization construction of this paper has greatly accelerated the informatization process of our company, the function of data warehouse has not been realized at present, and the function of data mining still needs to be developed. In the process of using the information system, we also found some small defects in usability and stability, and the whole information system still has great room for improvement and improvement. The most urgent task is to implement data mining module, which can provide strong technical support for enterprise decision-making.
