【摘要】：我國(guó)房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)市場(chǎng)調(diào)控的法律存在一些漏洞,影響了我國(guó)房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)的健康發(fā)展。應(yīng)完善房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)調(diào)控相關(guān)法律,讓法律回歸本位,促進(jìn)房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)的自由競(jìng)爭(zhēng),提高房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)的創(chuàng)造力,更要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新調(diào)控機(jī)制,促進(jìn)房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:There are some loopholes in the laws governing the real estate market in our country, which affect the healthy development of the real estate industry in our country. It is necessary to perfect the laws related to the regulation of the real estate market, to return the law to the standard, to promote the free competition of the real estate market, to improve the creativity of the real estate industry, and to innovate the regulation mechanism to promote the development of the real estate industry.
