【摘要】：房地產(chǎn)抵押評(píng)估是資產(chǎn)評(píng)估的重要組成部分,本文通過對(duì)英國(guó)房地產(chǎn)抵押評(píng)估準(zhǔn)則的研究,從基本要求、價(jià)值及影響因素、假設(shè)與報(bào)告三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行分析,并與我國(guó)現(xiàn)有房地產(chǎn)抵押估價(jià)指導(dǎo)意見進(jìn)行比較,研究二者的相同點(diǎn)和不同點(diǎn),以期為我國(guó)制定房地產(chǎn)抵押評(píng)估準(zhǔn)則提供參考。
[Abstract]:Real estate mortgage assessment is an important part of asset evaluation. This paper analyzes the basic requirements, value and influencing factors, assumptions and reports through the study of the British real estate mortgage assessment criteria. In order to provide reference for the establishment of real estate mortgage evaluation standards in China, this paper makes a comparison with the existing guidelines of real estate mortgage valuation, and studies the similarities and differences between the two.
