【摘要】：1998-2009年尤其是2003-2008年,中國(guó)房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)迅速增加,各類企業(yè)迅速向房地產(chǎn)轉(zhuǎn)型,這一企業(yè)房地產(chǎn)化的現(xiàn)象,對(duì)今天和未來(lái)的中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和轉(zhuǎn)型帶來(lái)許多的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、阻力和隱患。本文對(duì)試圖對(duì)1998-2009年這一企業(yè)過(guò)度房地產(chǎn)化現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的分析和梳理。闡述了企業(yè)過(guò)度房地產(chǎn)化的表現(xiàn)特征,分析導(dǎo)致企業(yè)房地產(chǎn)化的深層原因,指出企業(yè)房地產(chǎn)化給中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)未來(lái)發(fā)展埋下的潛在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)及危害,進(jìn)而提出了解決企業(yè)過(guò)度房地產(chǎn)化的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:From 1998 to 2009, especially from 2003 to 2008, China's real estate enterprises increased rapidly, and all kinds of enterprises quickly transformed to real estate. This phenomenon of enterprise real estate has brought a lot of risks, resistance and hidden dangers to the development and transformation of China's economy today and in the future. This paper attempts to analyze and comb the phenomenon of excessive real estate in this enterprise from 1998 to 2009. This paper expounds the performance characteristics of excessive real estate in enterprises, analyzes on the deep causes leading to the real estate of enterprises, and points out the potential risks and harms that are buried in the future development of China's economy by the development of real estate in enterprises. Then put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to solve the excessive real estate enterprises.
