【摘要】：本文從戰(zhàn)略人力資源視角出發(fā),以恒大地產(chǎn)公司為例,論述人力資源實踐如何支持企業(yè)的快速運營能力;本文采用AMO模型,深入分析快速運營能力形成的主要機理及相關(guān)的人力資源實踐,總結(jié)歸納其關(guān)鍵原則和實踐要點,致力為快速運營的企業(yè)提供一份參考。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of strategic human resources, taking Evergrande Real Estate Company as an example, this paper discusses how the practice of human resources supports the rapid operation ability of enterprises, and adopts AMO model. This paper deeply analyzes the main mechanism of the formation of rapid operation ability and related human resource practice, summarizes its key principles and key points of practice, and devotes itself to providing a reference for enterprises with rapid operation.
