【摘要】：新中國(guó)建立以來(lái),中共高度重視房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)管理,不斷探索房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)管理新模式。經(jīng)過(guò)60多年的發(fā)展,我國(guó)房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)從計(jì)劃性福利分房、住房商品化向"購(gòu)租并舉"的方向發(fā)展,黨和國(guó)家通過(guò)"去庫(kù)存"、"限購(gòu)令"等調(diào)控政策保障市場(chǎng)穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行,創(chuàng)新了房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)的管理方式,完善了中央和地方政府對(duì)我國(guó)房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)管理的政策體系。
[Abstract]:Since the founding of New China, the CPC has attached great importance to the management of real estate market, and has been exploring a new model of real estate market management. After more than 60 years of development, the real estate market of our country has developed from planned welfare housing distribution and housing commercialization to the direction of "buying and renting simultaneously." the Party and the state have ensured the stable operation of the market through such regulatory policies as "destocking" and "purchase restriction orders". It innovates the management mode of the real estate market and consummates the policy system of the central and local governments on the real estate market management of our country.
