【摘要】：近年來,我國房地產(chǎn)呈現(xiàn)出蓬勃發(fā)展的勢頭，越來越多的國外資金和人員加入其中�；炷磷鳛榻ㄖ袠I(yè)最重要的材料，此類文本規(guī)范的翻譯十分有必要。 本報告討論的是筆者模擬的一次漢譯英項目。此次翻譯項目的材料為重慶富皇混凝土公司員工手冊，該材料約有三萬字，此次翻譯筆者計劃用半個月來進(jìn)行文本翻譯和校對。本報告對此次翻譯項目流程和譯文案例進(jìn)行了分析，主要討論此類翻譯中兩個比較重要的問題：如何通過譯前準(zhǔn)備以及譯后校對來保證譯文的準(zhǔn)確性及風(fēng)格的一致性；如何做好人員安排和流程設(shè)計來保證翻譯的質(zhì)量和速度。 本次翻譯案例分析部分主要關(guān)注了譯文中重復(fù)結(jié)構(gòu)的處理、長句的處理和無主句的處理。重復(fù)結(jié)構(gòu)主要針對關(guān)鍵詞的重復(fù)和相似結(jié)構(gòu)的重復(fù)，針對這些問題，作者主要采用了省略、代替與合并以及全部或部分重復(fù)翻譯的處理方法。長句的加工中，作者主要采用了英語長句的處理方法：順譯法、區(qū)分主從、切分法。順譯法和切分法使用的范圍比較廣泛，區(qū)分主從則主要針對邏輯層次較復(fù)雜的句子；至于無主句的處理，，首先采用了譯為被動句的方法，這一種處理符合科技英語的特點；除此以外，筆者還采取了補(bǔ)充主語、譯為祈使句等方法來進(jìn)行處理來保證譯文風(fēng)格和感情。在翻譯過程中，翻譯小組還采取了按日總結(jié)討論、即時詢問相關(guān)專業(yè)人員等方式來解決遇到的問題。 本報告表明，要做好此類文本的翻譯，良好的譯前準(zhǔn)備以及譯中討論十分有必要。筆者期待該報告能為此類文本的翻譯以及小型團(tuán)隊協(xié)作翻譯項目的管理和運作提供一些借鑒和參考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the real estate of our country presents the momentum of vigorous development, more and more foreign funds and personnel join in.As the most important material in the construction industry, it is necessary to translate such texts.This report discusses a Chinese-English translation project simulated by the author.The translation project is based on a staff manual of Chongqing Fuhuang concrete Company, which has about 30,000 words. The author plans to take half a month to translate and proofread the text.This report analyzes the process of the translation project and the translation case, mainly discusses two important issues in such translation: how to ensure the accuracy and consistency of the translation style through pre-translation preparation and post-translation proofreading;How to make good staff arrangement and process design to ensure the quality and speed of translation.The case study focuses on the treatment of repetitive structure, long sentence and no subject in the translation.The repetition structure is mainly aimed at the repetition of keywords and similar structures. In order to solve these problems, the author mainly adopts ellipsis instead of merging and partial or total repetitive translation.In the processing of long sentences, the author mainly adopts the methods of English long sentences: following translation, distinguishing between principal and subordinate, and dividing.The following translation method and the segmentation method are widely used, the main and subordinate sentences are mainly aimed at the complicated sentences of logic level, and the processing of the non-subject sentences is firstly translated into passive sentences, which accords with the characteristics of EST.In addition, the author adopts supplementary subject and imperative sentence to ensure the style and emotion of the translation.In the process of translation, the translation team also adopts the daily summary and discussion, asking the relevant professionals immediately to solve the problems encountered.This report shows that good pre-translation preparation and translation discussions are necessary for the translation of such texts.The author hopes that the report can provide some reference for the translation of such texts and the management and operation of small team collaborative translation projects.
