【摘要】:隨著我國房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)的飛速發(fā)展,行業(yè)競爭的焦點已日益明顯地聚集在行業(yè)內(nèi)各企業(yè)對于“人才”資源的競爭上。然而,近兩年房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)的發(fā)展也并非一帆風(fēng)順,由于我國政府加大了對房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)的宏觀調(diào)控力度,再加之以往金融危機(jī)對于全世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的沖擊,我國房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)的生存和發(fā)展正面臨著前所未有的挑戰(zhàn)。而對于房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)來說,其自身也面臨著人才短缺的現(xiàn)狀。在這樣的內(nèi)外環(huán)境下,如何才能擁有一支高素質(zhì)、專業(yè)化的人才隊伍就成為決定各個房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)成功還是失敗的關(guān)鍵因素?v觀企業(yè)發(fā)展的各個階段,培訓(xùn)都在其中發(fā)揮著不可忽視的作用,它不僅有利于對企業(yè)施行科學(xué)有效的管理和培養(yǎng)專業(yè)化的企業(yè)人才,而且有利于整個公司的健康發(fā)展。因此,通過培訓(xùn)手段來促進(jìn)企業(yè)發(fā)展并全面提升企業(yè)的核心競爭力,對山西中保房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)公司的未來發(fā)展具有極其重要的現(xiàn)實意義。 本文通過查閱大量的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)與資料,為培訓(xùn)體系的優(yōu)化提供了較為扎實的理論基礎(chǔ)。此外,本文較為深入的進(jìn)行調(diào)研并分析了山西中保房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)公司原有的培訓(xùn)體系,針對其中存在的問題提出了新的設(shè)計方案。由于本文針對房地產(chǎn)公司的培訓(xùn)體系進(jìn)行了深化研究,對實際經(jīng)驗的總結(jié)和借鑒也對培訓(xùn)體系優(yōu)化起著重要的參考意義。 本文主要從以下幾個方面進(jìn)行論述:第一部分詳細(xì)論述了本文的研究背景、研究目的及研究方法;第二部分綜述了國內(nèi)外主要的培訓(xùn)理論以及國內(nèi)最新的培訓(xùn)研究的成果;第三部分深入分析了山西中保房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)公司原有培訓(xùn)體系的現(xiàn)狀:第四部分根據(jù)對山西中保房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)公司原有培訓(xùn)體系的分析結(jié)果,進(jìn)行該公司培訓(xùn)體系的再設(shè)計:第五部分論述了實施新的培訓(xùn)體系所需的條件與必要的保障。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's real estate industry, the focus of competition in the industry has become increasingly obvious in the industry enterprises for "talent" resources competition.However, the development of the real estate industry in the past two years has not been smooth sailing, because our government has stepped up the macro-control of the real estate industry, coupled with the impact of the previous financial crisis on the world economy.The existence and development of China's real estate industry is facing unprecedented challenges.For the real estate industry, its own talent shortage is also facing the situation.In such an internal and external environment, how to have a high-quality, professional talent team has become the key factor to determine the success or failure of each real estate enterprise.Throughout all stages of enterprise development, training plays an important role, which is not only conducive to the scientific and effective management of enterprises and the cultivation of professional talents, but also conducive to the healthy development of the whole company.Therefore, it is of great practical significance for the future development of Shanxi Zhongbao Real Estate Development Company to promote the development of enterprises and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises by means of training.This paper provides a solid theoretical basis for the optimization of the training system by consulting a large number of relevant documents and materials.In addition, this paper deeply investigates and analyzes the original training system of Shanxi Zhongbao Real Estate Development Company, and puts forward a new design scheme for the existing problems.Because this article has carried on the deepening research to the training system of the real estate company, the summary and the reference to the actual experience also plays the important reference significance to the training system optimization.This paper mainly discusses from the following aspects: the first part discusses the research background, research purpose and research methods in detail, the second part summarizes the main training theories at home and abroad and the latest training research results in China.The third part deeply analyzes the current situation of the original training system of Shanxi China Insurance Real Estate Development Company. The fourth part is based on the analysis of the original training system of Shanxi China Insurance Real Estate Development Company.Redesign the training system of the company: the fifth part discusses the necessary conditions and necessary security for the implementation of the new training system.
