產(chǎn)業(yè)融合視角下青竹湖高爾夫運動產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:高爾夫運動融競技性與文化性為一體,與足球、網(wǎng)球并稱為世界三大運動而風靡全球。國家體育總局的《體育產(chǎn)業(yè)“十二五”規(guī)劃》提出的“促進體育產(chǎn)業(yè)與相關產(chǎn)業(yè)的互動發(fā)展”的政策目標,從產(chǎn)業(yè)融合角度分析,就是要推動高爾夫產(chǎn)業(yè)的融合發(fā)展,推動高新技術產(chǎn)業(yè)、傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)和新型服務業(yè)與高爾夫產(chǎn)業(yè)融合互動,拓展高爾夫產(chǎn)業(yè)領域,促進高爾夫用品制造、高爾夫旅游、高爾夫地產(chǎn)展、高爾夫傳媒等新型體育產(chǎn)業(yè)快速融合發(fā)展,促進產(chǎn)業(yè)結構調(diào)整、優(yōu)化與升級,培育新的國民經(jīng)濟增長點,推動整個國民經(jīng)濟的轉(zhuǎn)型與發(fā)展。 青竹湖高爾夫球場地處城郊結合處,交通便利,環(huán)境優(yōu)美、親近自然,,長沙市市政府已把青竹湖規(guī)劃為生態(tài)科技園,具備發(fā)展高端服務業(yè)的各種必備條件。從經(jīng)營理念與經(jīng)營模式來看,青竹湖高爾夫產(chǎn)業(yè)已經(jīng)出現(xiàn)多元化與可持續(xù)發(fā)展的良好勢頭,其良性發(fā)展將帶動房地產(chǎn)、旅游業(yè)、餐飲業(yè)、服務外包、以及相關的體育用品制造和服務行業(yè)的發(fā)展。 青竹湖高爾夫產(chǎn)業(yè)作為我省高爾夫產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的龍頭,雖然與我省其他球場相比有著明顯的優(yōu)勢,但由于消費高昂,國家層面的產(chǎn)業(yè)政策不明確性,以及發(fā)展時間較短等原因,存在群眾基礎較薄弱,形象偏負面;球場建設與運營成本高昂;沒有形成集群式發(fā)展;缺少規(guī)范化管理措施;經(jīng)營管理人才和球場專業(yè)技術人才稀缺等諸多問題。而產(chǎn)業(yè)融合為青竹湖高爾夫產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展提供了一個清晰的戰(zhàn)略思路,基于此,本文提出了青竹湖高爾夫產(chǎn)業(yè)融合的集群發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、創(chuàng)新投資戰(zhàn)略、科技示范園發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略與數(shù)字高爾夫發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,并根據(jù)四大戰(zhàn)略,從外部環(huán)境、產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展、企業(yè)管理三個層面提出了相應的政策建議。
[Abstract]:Golf is a combination of competition and culture, and football and tennis are all over the world.The policy goal of "promoting the interactive development of sports industry and related industries" proposed by the "12th Five-Year Plan" of the State Sports Administration is to promote the integration and development of the golf industry from the perspective of industrial integration.To promote the integration and interaction of high and new technology industries, traditional industries and new service industries with the golf industry, to expand the field of the golf industry, to promote the manufacture of golf articles, golf tourism, and golf real estate exhibitions,The new sports industry, such as golf media, develops rapidly, promotes industrial structure adjustment, optimizes and upgrades, cultivates new growth point of national economy, and promotes the transformation and development of the whole national economy.Qingzhu Lake Golf course is located in the outskirts of the city, convenient transportation, beautiful environment, close to nature, Changsha municipal government has planned Qingzhu Lake as an ecological science and technology park, with various necessary conditions for the development of high-end service industry.From the point of view of business philosophy and business model, the green bamboo lake golf industry has shown a good momentum of diversified and sustainable development, and its benign development will lead to real estate, tourism, catering industry, service outsourcing,And related sports goods manufacturing and service industry development.Qingzhu Lake golf industry, as the leading part of the development of golf industry in our province, has obvious advantages compared with other courses in our province, but due to high consumption, unclear industrial policy at the national level, and short development time, etc.There are many problems such as weak mass foundation and negative image; high construction and operation cost; no cluster development; lack of standardized management measures; scarcity of management talents and professional and technical personnel.Industrial convergence provides a clear strategic idea for the development of Qingzhu Lake golf industry. Based on this, this paper puts forward the cluster development strategy and innovative investment strategy of green bamboo lake golf industry integration.According to the development strategy of science and technology demonstration park and the development strategy of digital golf, the corresponding policy suggestions are put forward from three aspects of external environment, industrial development and enterprise management.
