基于城市軌道交通的城市綜合體規(guī)劃策略研究

【摘要】:長(zhǎng)期以來(lái),受傳統(tǒng)功能分區(qū)的影響,我國(guó)的規(guī)劃思想通常是地塊的使用功能單一布置,例如工業(yè)區(qū)、居住區(qū)、文教區(qū)、商業(yè)區(qū)等,各個(gè)功能區(qū)之間相對(duì)獨(dú)立,缺乏相互依靠、相互結(jié)合的有機(jī)統(tǒng)一關(guān)系。隨著工業(yè)化和城市化進(jìn)程的不斷加速,這種傳統(tǒng)的單一城市職能劃分已經(jīng)不能滿足人們的需求,不僅僅是城市的各區(qū)域功能分區(qū),城市片區(qū)、規(guī)劃中的獨(dú)立地塊、小區(qū),甚至是單體建筑都復(fù)合有多種功能并存的現(xiàn)象出現(xiàn)。單純的功能主義已經(jīng)不再適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代城市的高速發(fā)展,獨(dú)立的建筑或者建筑群,無(wú)論從功能、空間、景觀等多種要素的考慮,不再符合城市有機(jī)整體發(fā)展的客觀規(guī)律,與周邊環(huán)境有機(jī)共生成為必然趨勢(shì)。 城市綜合體的出現(xiàn)成為城市發(fā)展到一定階段的必然,,交通是衡量城市綜合體的一個(gè)重要指標(biāo),城市軌道交通作為城市公共交通的重要組成部分,為城市綜合體的發(fā)展發(fā)揮巨大的積極作用。如何依托城市軌道交通,為城市綜合體創(chuàng)造更好的發(fā)展條件,就是本文的研究目的和內(nèi)容。 首先,從城市綜合體與城市軌道交通的定義出發(fā),研究二者的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)與規(guī)律,分析城市綜合體的分類與屬性。從國(guó)內(nèi)外城市綜合體的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,找出城市與綜合體的內(nèi)外聯(lián)系。 接著,具體分析城市綜合體與城市軌道交通的觸媒與反應(yīng)關(guān)系、依托軌道交通發(fā)展城市綜合體的優(yōu)勢(shì),來(lái)定位二者整合的發(fā)展目標(biāo)。 下面的核心章節(jié)重點(diǎn)研究基于軌道交通的城市綜合體發(fā)展的幾個(gè)方面:城市綜合體的總體布局,包括規(guī)模、選址、功能等要素;城市綜合體的空間研究,包括核心公共空間、與城市的縫合空間、體量尺度;城市綜合體與軌道交通站點(diǎn)的銜接分析,分為交通樞紐型城市綜合體、需要步行過渡的綜合體、需要換乘過渡的綜合體三種類型來(lái)進(jìn)行研究。 最后,結(jié)合上文的分析與研究,從土地利用、房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)、宜居環(huán)境、城市文化四個(gè)方面提出基于軌道交通建設(shè)城市綜合體的具體方法,并闡述筆者對(duì)城市綜合體與城市軌道交通相結(jié)合未來(lái)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)的思考與總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:For a long time, under the influence of the traditional functional zoning, the planning idea of our country is usually the single layout of the land use function, such as industrial area, residential area, cultural and educational district, commercial district, etc., each functional area is relatively independent and lacks mutual dependence.An organic unified relationship that combines with each other.With the accelerating process of industrialization and urbanization, this traditional single city function division can no longer meet the needs of the people, not only the functional zoning of the city, the urban area, the planned independent land, the community,Even the single building has the phenomenon of multiple functions co-existing.Simple functionalism is no longer adapted to the rapid development of modern cities. Independent buildings or buildings are no longer in line with the objective laws of the organic overall development of the city, regardless of their functions, space, landscape, and other factors.Organic symbiosis with the surrounding environment has become an inevitable trend.The emergence of urban complex has become a necessity of urban development to a certain stage, traffic is an important index to measure urban complex, urban rail transit as an important part of urban public transport.For the development of urban complex play a huge positive role.How to rely on urban rail transit to create better development conditions for urban complex is the purpose and content of this paper.Firstly, starting from the definition of urban complex and urban rail transit, the development trend and law of urban complex are studied, and the classification and attributes of urban complex are analyzed.Based on the development of urban complex at home and abroad, the relationship between city and complex is found out.Then, the relationship between the catalyst and reaction of urban complex and urban rail transit is analyzed concretely, and the development goal of the integration of urban complex and urban rail transit is determined by relying on the advantages of urban complex development of rail transit.The following core chapters focus on several aspects of urban complex development based on rail transit: the overall layout of urban complex, including the elements of scale, location, function, and so on; the spatial study of urban complex, including the core public space,The analysis of the connection between urban complex and rail transit station can be divided into three types: urban complex which needs to be transferred on foot and the complex that needs to transfer to transit.Finally, combined with the above analysis and research, from four aspects of land use, real estate development, livable environment, urban culture, put forward the specific methods based on rail transit to build urban complex.The author also expounds the future development trend of the combination of urban complex and urban rail transit.
