5S管理在YG房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:起源于日本的5S管理是一種現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理方法,較早以前中國企業(yè)就采取了這種管理方法,成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)主要是在制造業(yè),房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)基本沒用到。5S的推行可以幫助房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)對(duì)自己比較關(guān)心的項(xiàng)目成本和工期控制起到促進(jìn)作用。5S管理可以提高房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)員工素質(zhì),提升房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)形象,提升房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。 我公司是云南省的一個(gè)中小房地產(chǎn)企業(yè),公司成立于2002年,公司的企業(yè)形象比較好。針對(duì)公司現(xiàn)在項(xiàng)目存在的問題,運(yùn)用5S管理的相關(guān)理論,對(duì)施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理狀況進(jìn)行分析,提出改進(jìn)措施。 論文分為五章,第一章緒論,第二章相關(guān)理論綜述,第三章某房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)現(xiàn)狀分析,第四章5S在公司運(yùn)用研究,第五章結(jié)論與展望。 論文首先對(duì)5S管理的基本概念進(jìn)行了闡述,論述了5S與ISO9000、ISO14001、 OHSAS18001的關(guān)系,認(rèn)為5S管理是企業(yè)管理的基礎(chǔ)。其次,根據(jù)公司項(xiàng)目現(xiàn)場(chǎng)情況,設(shè)計(jì)5S應(yīng)用方案,提出推行步驟-PDCA循環(huán)法。再次,根據(jù)公司要求的目標(biāo),將PDCA循環(huán)法運(yùn)用到5S管理的推進(jìn)。重點(diǎn)是實(shí)施階段對(duì)整理、清掃、整頓、清潔、素養(yǎng)的具體推進(jìn)。最后對(duì)工程按時(shí)完工后進(jìn)行一個(gè)總結(jié)。 希望本文的研究能給房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理提供借鑒和幫助。
[Abstract]:The 5S management, which originated in Japan, is a kind of on-site management method, which was adopted by Chinese enterprises earlier. The successful experience is mainly in the manufacturing industry.The implementation of .5S in the real estate industry can help the real estate enterprises to promote the project cost and duration control that they are more concerned about. 5S management can improve the quality of the employees of the real estate enterprises and enhance the image of the real estate enterprises.Improve the competitiveness of real estate enterprises.My company is a small and medium-sized real estate enterprise in Yunnan Province, the company was founded in 2002, the company's corporate image is better.In view of the problems existing in the present project of the company, using the relevant theory of 5S management, this paper analyzes the field management situation of the construction site, and puts forward the improvement measures.The thesis is divided into five chapters: the first chapter is an introduction, the second chapter is a summary of relevant theories, the third chapter is an analysis of the present situation of a real estate enterprise, the fourth chapter is a research on the application of 5S in a company, the fifth chapter is a conclusion and prospect.Firstly, the basic concept of 5S management is expounded, and the relationship between 5S and ISO9000ISO 14001, OHSAS18001 is discussed. It is considered that 5S management is the foundation of enterprise management.Secondly, according to the project site situation, the 5S application scheme is designed, and the step-PDCA cycle method is put forward.Thirdly, according to the requirements of the company, the PDCA cycle method is applied to the 5 S management.Focus on the implementation of the stage of consolidation, cleaning, rectification, cleaning, literacy specific promotion.Finally, the project is completed on time to carry out a summary.Hope this research can provide reference and help for the real estate enterprise field management.
