【摘要】：正事件11月8日,發(fā)改委、住建部聯(lián)合發(fā)文,將針對(duì)各省、自治區(qū)、直轄市及計(jì)劃單列市、副省級(jí)省會(huì)城市的商品房銷售明碼標(biāo)價(jià)進(jìn)行專項(xiàng)檢查,為期一個(gè)月(11月10日-12月20日),檢查對(duì)象涉及房地產(chǎn)開(kāi)發(fā)企業(yè)和房地產(chǎn)中介機(jī)構(gòu)。此前,深圳、廣州、上海、北京、合肥等地已經(jīng)開(kāi)展的針對(duì)房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)的專項(xiàng)整治活動(dòng),多是市級(jí)政府主導(dǎo)進(jìn)行。而本次檢查對(duì)象由省級(jí)價(jià)格主管部門按照"雙隨機(jī)"的要求產(chǎn)生,直接抽查50家在售
[Abstract]:On November 8, the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Housing and Construction jointly issued a letter, which will carry out a special inspection on the marked prices of commercial housing sales in various provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government, municipalities directly under the Central Government, and cities with separate plans, as well as in cities with subprovincial provincial capitals.A month-long (November 10-December 20 th) inspection involving real estate developers and real estate agencies.Before this, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Beijing, Hefei and other places have launched special real estate market regulation activities, most of which are led by municipal governments.The object of this inspection was produced by the provincial price authorities in accordance with the requirements of "double randomness", and 50 of them were directly selected for sale.
