【摘要】：正為進(jìn)一步規(guī)范山東省房地產(chǎn)交易行為,維護(hù)公平公正的交易秩序,保障當(dāng)事人的合法權(quán)易,依據(jù)《中華人民共和國物權(quán)法》《中華人民共和國城市房地產(chǎn)管理法》和《山東省城市房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)經(jīng)營管理條例》《山東省商品房銷售條例》等法律、法規(guī),山東省住房城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)廳和山東省工商行政管理局根據(jù)住房城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)部、國家工商總局共同制定的示范文本,結(jié)合山東實際,同時根據(jù)各地經(jīng)驗做法,制定了《山東省新建商品房買賣合同
