【摘要】：目前，信息系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用已日趨普遍，一個(gè)優(yōu)秀的信息管理系統(tǒng)能對(duì)企業(yè)帶來(lái)極大的便利。然而，對(duì)房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)而言，其業(yè)務(wù)的復(fù)雜性、需求的多樣性和變化性，導(dǎo)致為其開(kāi)發(fā)相應(yīng)的信息管理系統(tǒng)的非常的困難。 本文以一個(gè)具體的房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)信息管理系統(tǒng)的分析與設(shè)計(jì)為背景，采用理論與實(shí)際工作相結(jié)合的辦法，對(duì)相應(yīng)的行業(yè)企業(yè)信息系統(tǒng)的建立作了一定的研究。在研究的過(guò)程中，吸收了國(guó)內(nèi)外比較先進(jìn)的技術(shù)，，借鑒了其它企業(yè)的類似系統(tǒng)的具體情況，結(jié)合企業(yè)實(shí)際做了一定的分析和設(shè)計(jì)。 論文首先介紹了國(guó)內(nèi)房地產(chǎn)和管理信息化現(xiàn)狀，說(shuō)明了系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)的相關(guān)背景和意義；接下來(lái)介紹了在本次分析設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中所涉及到的一些諸如ASP.NET、MVC模式、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)等相關(guān)技術(shù)；隨后，以××房地產(chǎn)投資實(shí)業(yè)有限公司作為主體，分析了企業(yè)目前在管理上遇到的一系列問(wèn)題，由此指出建立企業(yè)管理信息系統(tǒng)的必要性和意義；在分析階段，我們首先介紹了系統(tǒng)的總體框架及系統(tǒng)模型的建立過(guò)程，之后針對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)階段對(duì)公司信息系統(tǒng)中的各子系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了具體劃分，并重點(diǎn)闡述了各子系統(tǒng)的模塊結(jié)構(gòu)和具體功能。論文還就該信息系統(tǒng)的測(cè)試和部署進(jìn)行了描述。 在項(xiàng)目開(kāi)發(fā)和論文寫作中，為了使得我們的成果更加標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化，我們使用了Rational Rose、MS Visio和MS Visual Studio等軟件。論文把系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)的全過(guò)程進(jìn)行了描述。 論文最后對(duì)本次的系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)工作進(jìn)行了總結(jié)，指出了信息系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程中存在的不足、給出了改進(jìn)的建議，然后對(duì)接下來(lái)要做的工作進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:At present, the application of information system is becoming more and more common, and an excellent information management system can bring great convenience to enterprises.However, for real estate enterprises, the complexity of their business, diversity and variety of requirements lead to the development of the corresponding information management system is very difficult.Based on the analysis and design of a specific real estate enterprise information management system, this paper makes a certain research on the establishment of the corresponding industry enterprise information system by combining the theory with the practical work.In the course of the research, it absorbs the advanced technology at home and abroad, draws lessons from the concrete situation of similar systems of other enterprises, and makes some analysis and design combined with the actual situation of the enterprise.Firstly, the paper introduces the current situation of real estate and management information, explains the background and significance of the system development, and then introduces some related technologies such as ASP. Net MVC pattern, database design and so on, which are involved in this analysis and design process.Then, taking X 脳 Real Estate Investment and Industry Co., Ltd as the main body, this paper analyzes a series of problems in the management of the enterprise at present, and points out the necessity and significance of establishing the enterprise management information system.First, we introduce the overall framework of the system and the process of establishing the system model. Then we divide the subsystems of the company information system in the design stage, and focus on the module structure and specific functions of each subsystem.The paper also describes the test and deployment of the information system.In project development and paper writing, in order to standardize our work, we use Rational Rose MS Visio and MS Visual Studio.The whole process of system development is described in this paper.Finally, the paper summarizes the system design work, points out the shortcomings in the process of information system development, gives some suggestions for improvement, and then looks forward to the work to be done next.
